what diet / meal plan will you be following on the tr3st + furaza?

Nothing fancy. Basicly take 6 meals sometimes 7 a day.

Work out days high carb and protein, rest days lower carbs and more protein. Fat stays around the same sometimes up during rest days.

Focus a lot on protein, fortunately I get away with eating lots of carbs and/ or fats.
 
Just did some ab roll outs with the ab wheel.....damn, been awhile.

Does feel good;)

Busy days, even though I have 2 weeks holiday...actually, had 2 weeks since this is the second.

Did a lot of stuff at home, fixing some old doors, threw out the old bed today.....tomorrow comes the new one.

Did some work for school, we're having a tournament next thursday so I had to make alL the schedules and teams for more than 400 students:(

The rest of the time is daddy time....love my baby girl.

Recovery on tr3st and furaza is amazing.

Usually when I do ab roll outs I'm sore as fuak the next day. Today no problemo....noticed the same with my back work out.

My wife had surgery today. They just remived her gall bladder.

Everything went well. Hope for a speedy recovery. She can't lift heavy things for 2 weeks.

I'll be staying at home the next couple of days to take care of my wife and daughter.

No gym time, but that's life:(
