Here's to my first log

Yes, it's beautiful. I don't have a clue how to start one. Based on what I've seen on here so far, I'm a bit out of my league!

Thank you! No, not at all! We are all just working to be our best and so are you so you'll fit right in! Just follow along for a little while! I'm still learning about the site myself! Most everyone on here has a log of some sort to follow along and get ideas from! :)

Nice!! When do you start your cutting log? I would love to follow! No, never want to waste time or money! Lol...Not much- still working towards my 15% bf goal. Other than that, Puccah has got me wanting to get much much stronger! Lol

Still working on my diet plan, but hopefully by Sunday. The stack I am planning will hopefully complement my training style.I like the idea of you and @Puccah repping AM.com at a powerlifting meet then later a BB competition. Hhmmmm wonder if dreams come true lol

Nice zone out and lift workout yesterday! It will rub off on your kids it they see you doing it. My 15 year old daughter just told me she might try out for the powerlifting team at school next year.

Thank you! That's awesome! I hope so! My 13 year old calls me a body builder and has worked out with me a few times- well, I took her to the gym and did a few things anyways! Lol

3 riser jump squats with abduction 12x3
Single SLDLs with 30lb db's 12x2- left out the last set bc of my back
Hip thrusts (smith machine) 90x12- super slow, 130x9, 150x9

Seated leg curls (20sec rest) 70x12, 80x10, 90x8, 105x6, 70x15

Leg extensions 70x12, 80x10, 90x8, 100x6, 60x15

Calf raises on hack squat drop set 230x20, 185x20, 140x25, 95x25, (these 2 were 15 center and 10 plié) 50x30 all plié

Abductor slow with pulse of 5 at end 150x25, 160x25, 170x25, 130x25-fast and on FIRE! Lol

LISS cardio on arc trainer 35 min

Yoga/stretching 10 min

It's only been just over two weeks but I took a new back progress pic! :) Actually gained 1 lb since 2wks ago but the bf reading on the scale is lower than it's ever been! Happy happy! Guess "it is really muscle" lol

I did notice in my new pic that my back was more arched so my waist looks nice and short! Haha

Had to go to a wedding today! This girl is all about flip flops and tennis shoes but occasionally I can wear heels if I have to! Lol

I love it for arms/shoulders, back/legs is rough with it, though.
I love it for back, glutes, and quads. Xtra firm all the way. Their Beastie ball Xtra firm what I use on shoulders/arms.

You guys make me hurt just thinking about using one! The basic foam roller gets deep already! Lol
 
Gotta work your way up ;) I've been foam rolling for over 10 years and only the last 3 have I used the rumble Xtra firm

Ahh guess that would make a difference! I've only had mine a little over a year.

Happy Monday morning! I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Mine was really good but really busy! Most of the soreness was gone by this morning. I accidentally took too much Alpha-T2. I had 1scoop Enhanced, 1 1/2 scoop of alphamine, and 2 Alpha- T2 so, I am quite shaky to say the least! Lol Luckily, I'm not working on patients today and I'm posing as front office staff!

Tell me about it! It's about 70 right now...average was actually only 126 in my workout. Which is actually a little lower than normal. Lol

Got I'm my 35 mins of sprints and threw in 3 sets of pull-ups with hanging leg raises and rope cable crunches. All of this yohimbe in my system is making me feel like an ADHD child locked in a room with nothing to do! Lol
