Tornado hit right by Sac. You should know Nor Cal can be sunny and warm one min then rainy the next.

Nope but they are zero cals great in taste and have a good amount of caffeine taurine making it a good intra work out drink

i used to get elite xt once in a while but having soy protein so high up on the ingredient list sketched me out

also made me gassy AF :D

This, the gritty texture and the nasty film it left after drinking it. That's not my protein of choice!

Haha. Where do you work out?! I will avoid that place. We do have the guys that will notice that you are about to change/strip down, and they will linger in the locker room to catch a glimpse.

Also-it doesn't matter if you have your headphones on, people still try to talk to you. I went and bought big over the ear headphones, so you can't act like you don't see them-yet somehow it's okay to chat me up in the middle of my set.

Have you tried their improved flavors? They're actually a lot better. NP has it dirt cheap so I tried the Fudge Brownie and it's way better than it used to be.

Not the elite xt man. It's how you mix it. It's nice and smooth. I mix mine slightly thicker so I don't have to drink so much but there is no gritty aftertaste at all.

Yeah, it might just be the blueberry muffin flavor but what I have is the elite xt.

I have banana nut, blueberry and chocolate fudge. I love them. I might bed to go to protein anonymous and seek help

The new fudge brownie is awesome. There are usually some killer deals on elite xt around 4lbs for $25 so I like to stock up. They make a great protein cake
