Hit the bike for 20 minutes of random hills. Increased the intensity a bit.

Bench Squat (w/u 135, still 3/21) 210, 250, 290 - Hit all three reps her but sat a bit to much on the bench and got stuck on the 2 rep set, dropped to 235 and tried to get even deeper than I was with the bench 235x5/5

Sorry to hear about all setbacks! You were doing such a great job. I know you'll bounce back strong though. I admire your determination. After my heart attack, I figured, what's the point. Haven't hit the weights in a year.

After all the hard work and strict eating to still have an artery 100% blocked just frustrated the hell out of me. I was back in the gym after two weeks but lacked the want. Gave up a month later. Maybe I will try again after reading your log.

Back home again following a very productive experience with Nerve Restore. Have not been posting this week but have still been working my tale off.

DL (W/U 135, 3/2/1 waves) 225, 275, 305 all reps completed! Took us a bit over a year but we are pulling 3 plates again starting next week (no doubt I could hit it for one, but I want a full wave at 315).

4/24/14 Started 25mg of Mk2866/Ostarine stacked with Myosynergy today. Not turning into a log to focus on either of those products, just see what happens.

Definitely know that! How are you dosing ?

25mg (which is .5ml in the 30ml, 50mg/ml solution) in the morning along with Myosynergy dose which I split for a pre gym afternoon dose on iron days. As an added benefit, my blood glucose readings have been down significantly since starting this regimen.
 
Have been on ost during my entire cycle so far. 25mg So far so good. Soon as PCT starts all should be solid.

Awesome brother. I have no complaints as far as sides etc go, jumped right on at 25 from the get go with no issues. Hoping to start seeing some other pay off near the end of this week or so.
 
It should help offset your injuries for the most part. It will help your body recover and keep your gains while losing the skin chub. If you start seeing some sides drop it to 12.5 and all should be good.
 
4/28/14 Day 5 of Ostarine/MyoSynergy Stack. Also got to try out my new workout shoes and I was really pleased (Thanks Brucey :) ) Tomorrow is dead lift day, so that will be the major comfort test but am cool with pulling barefoot if I feel a need to.

Flat BB Bench (w/u @ bar, 135, still 3/2/1 waves)
215, 235, 255 (went 2 plus a slightly assisted rep, then 2/1) This is an increase of a full rep and the assisted one. The way the last set of 1 went, got a feeling I am going to bust through this next week.

Incline BB 205x5/4/4 (up 3 total reps over last week) then a burn down of 160x14 (up 5 ponds and 2 reps over last week)

Incline DB Press 75'sx10/8

Hanging leg raise 10+10, 10+5 (straight/bent knee)

Getting the feeling things are starting to kick in strong, like what I am seeing so far.

1Hand OH DB Tri Ext: 30x10/10, 8/8 (l/r, been a bit since I have done these, so no recent comparison to make)

Straight Bar Cable Tri Push down 145x12/12

Seated Alt DB Curl 50x 10/10, 8/8, 8/8 (l/r, Transition to seated vs last week, still hit 6 more overall reps/arm)

EZ Bar Inside Preacher 95x6/6, down in reps but we made a 10 pound jump over last week.

Wide Grip BB Curl 85x8/8 (up 5 pounds, matched last weeks reps)

Cross Body Hammer Curls 25x12/12, 30x10/10 (l/r) These usually are a lot harder than regular hammer curls for me, not today :)

Finished of with extended cable crunches 160x30. Felt these considerably more than the way I usually do them..
