My buddy is more like 6 4 or so but he squats like 4 pegs higher than me and I'm not even short. Just like average. 5. 10. Lots of D1 athletes where I'm at, at or above 6 6 though.

The funny thing is I don't really feel that tall until a person at or above my height is near me. Because then I look at them and think "damn that guy is tall!" and he walks past me and I'm taller... then I'm like "damn is that how I look like to everyone else?"

My wife is 5'1" ;)

Ok, I was just the DB (or old perv??) walking to thelocker room. Girl in very tight yoga pants was bent over in the hall. Of course I checked out that cute bubble. She stood up and turned to look at me -busted checking out the bubble. That and she looked very young (13-16??) in the face. :yikes:

The way they look/dress/ act these days, it's difficult to judge their age sometimes! 36 aint old imo but still too old to be checking out the teeny-boppers! Lol!

It's all forbidden fruit. I may look now and again but I gave my vows and not gonna go back on them. My wife makes it easy to stay faithful too.

Girls are supposed to be physically ready to go by like 13 so I mean it's not that bad... Haha. Especially if she was looking for attention.
 
Back to the DBs: older guy (mid 60s?) comes in yesterday and starts using the preacher curl. Loaded a 45 & 25 plate on it and started doing one arm curls. Full extension curls. Kept adding weight till he got 4 45 plates on it. Still one arm full extension. He then went over to the high pulley and started doing one arm push downs. He wasn't using an attachment, he was just grasping the cable a few inches about the plastic stopper ball at the end. Worked up to the full stack (200 lbs) and the cable wasn't moving in his hand. Now why is he a DB? Because that's just too bada$$ for a guy that age to be making the young 'uns look so incredibly weak!

Yesterday went to do squats in one of our two power racks. One track had a guy squatting in out and the other had 225 on the bar just our side of the rack. I was watching the whole way in too see if the racks were free. The one was so when I walked up I started to unrack the weights off the bar on the floor.

Squatting douche almost does a backflip to get his ear buds out and says "hey bro I'm pulling that".....

I politely said "well why don't you get it they **** out of the power rack then?"

He moved the bar and I started squatting. what a dik :P

i would of been meaner than that. i would of flipped the fuk out if some doucher was using both racks to squat and pull some pusse weight

I saw a guy doing something similar once. He had the bar resting on the two outside handles for the pegs of the power rack. The weird thing is that he would go up to the bar, and grab it for about 6 quick shrugs (or convulsions as someone watching him would call them) and then slam the bar on the ground. He would then wait a few seconds and pick it up to put it back on the handles for his next set. Lucky for him, it wasn't a Monday when the serious squatters use that area.
 
I can't squat because a douche is showing his girlfriend how to do shoulder shrugs on the squat rack!! Really?!
