Seeking advice: non-PH test boost/strength supp?

So I wanted to follow up as well...Im 3 weeks into my Xfactor Advanced/Drive Stack and Im amazed TBQH! I have jumped so much on all my lifts its simply mind blowing...the fact of the matter is, I hadnt really lifted real hard prior to starting the stack, cause I have been working so damn much and training was more important then lifting, but now I've passed any "muscle memory" type gains, Im the strongest I have been in years, and Im definitely the strongest I have ever been lb 4 lb! Now here is the kicker...I have only been taking 2 gells, not 4!! IDK why I thought that was what I was to do...but I thought someone said that on here someone, but I may be wrong. So should I up this to 4 preworkout?! Am I gonna explode with strength and power if I do this?! Cause Im pretty stoked on how I have been feeling lately, I can only imagine doubling the dose! lol

Used animal test before and I did fine with their smaller dose. But since it's safe of course you want to go with the higher recommended dosage and I knw that's what u wanna hear :)
 
I didn't think this feedback warranted a new thread so I thought I'd leave my thoughts in this thread - I'm about 10 workouts into my first ArA run and I'm pretty excited about this stuff. I weighed in the "least effective supplements" thread that I need to heavily dose just about everything I take to get any kind of effect. I'm following Neuron's well known ArA dosing protocol of pre-workout only with GMS and L-Carnitine, however, I'm taking just 1 gram of ArA right now.

The very first day I took ArA I did get a bit of a dull headache but that hasn't happened since the first day of dosing. I'd been expecting the dreaded increase in DOMS discomfort but honestly it's been a non-issue. So, what have I noticed? Immediate strength gains and a substantial increase in appetite. Again, I'm only 10 workouts into the first run at 1 gram a day, but I'm stoked about the results so far!
 
Animal Test actually uses a very high dose (about 1450mg).

What I meant about low dosage is when compared to the X-Factor. Animal test has two little ArA pills inside those packs which is like you said approximately 1450mg. X-factor can be taken up to 4 pills which is close to 3.3 grams. So animal test is a lower in ArA dosage compared to what gymratluke was taking.

Im on my third day with ArA, little more pump and strength is up already : ) using it with 50mg Erase and 100-150mg forskolin ed... about 1 week left of forskolin and 2-3 with Erase.. after that ArA will work on its own :)

Always glad to hear from users who see results right away with ArA, just know that the results will only get much, much better in the coming weeks!

I thought at around week 2 when it was fully kicking in it was awesome, weeks 3 and on were insane.
 
Absolutely, the second half of an X-Factor cycle is always when the painful pumps come on and the majority of the changes on the scale happen.
 
wow! I cant wait :D already happy with the product! how long can I run ArA ? 12 weeks? I have to pause my forskolin and erase been running them for like 8 weeks soon

Recommended to run 50 days on 50 days off. When I run it, I do 50 workout days.

We typically recommend 50 workouts as most are doing preWO only dosing. Many have gone longer with no adverse effects.

Hi there,

I train "only" 3 times per week so it will be like 16 weeks to get the 50 workouts rule. Will I get decent results from only dosing thrice per week? I'm planning to stack it with 100 mg of Forskolin, this will be taken daily for 12 weeks.

You should see good gains even with 3 days a week. If you wanted, you could dose on an off day to get 4 doses in per week.
 
Yep on 3x a week you will still get good results, dose at 6-8 caps preWO with training only 3x-week.
