Alright guys for those who dont know me or my background...pretty much I was always the fat kid growing up lol grew up in a house where everything was fried and alot of fast food was served. Been in the gym since on and off since I was 16-17 but always ate whatever I wanted and always looked like crap (imagine that) about a year ago I finally decided to try and eat better and get serious in the gym and then about 6 months ago I finally decided to get serious about my diet. Ive made some great progreas in the last 6 months going from 217 down to 193. And shed quite a bit of BF in the process. The plan is continue cutting/recomping for about the next 6-8 months with the end goal being somewhere in the 10-12% range (10% being ideal)

I guess now is as good of time as any to log my first entry. Went in this morning and hit back. Endurence has been down slightly but I asume you'll have that on a cut from time to time. Time was pretty limited today also. In and out in around 30 minutes

First doses were this morning. Todays an off day so I took 2 ABE 4 Xgels 2 ALCAR with breakfast and 1 serving GMS mixed in with my dpol/condense. I will be taking my other ALCAR and last 2 ABE prebed tonight.

Weight upon rising was 192.5 this morning. Today is another low carb day (less than 125g) so diet will end up around 2300 cals and somewhere in the neighborhood of 320/50/125.

Does ALCAR not affect your sleep? I took it close to bed once and couldn't sleep at all. I thought it was something else so I did it again and yep, couldn't sleep.

Yeaterday ended up netting around 100g carbs. Today is a high carb day which will have me around 200g then taper back down to 100 and stay there for 3-4 days before rotating back up. Weight this morning was 189.7. Slept like a rock last night so the ALCAR didnt effect my sleep. Which is a plus

Bro day today. Dosed everything woth breakfast again about 60 mins before hitting the gym. Had a pretty decent pump but it was hard to gauge because I'm ate up with poison ivy (for the 3rd time tgis year) and if youve had poison ivy and lifted or done anything that makes you sweat you know how irritated it makes your skin and how bad it itches lol so thats all I was really thinking about.

Everything was 40 second rest or less.
