Im not sure how other guys feel about this one because everyone's body is different. In certain sports like boxing and sprinting, athletes are encouraged to refrain from sex because it causes prolactin to rise and testosterone levels to drop. Is this a myth or is it really counterproductive to take test boosters and have sex? How much is too much weekly? Is it all in your head to feel a loss of strength for a few days following sex?
