Alright guys little update. Not a whole lot new going on. Tweaked my diet a little bit i upped cals by 150 a day and am rotating carbs 125/150/200 and dropping them to 100 on off days. Keeping fats around 60g and filling in the rest with protein. Weight has been holding steady at 196, and still been killing it in the gym. Also I have been throwing in a free meal every 10 days which has helped a ton with not straight up binge eating when I do get a free meal like I was when I was only allowing myself 1 free meal every 4-6 weeks. Much better for my mood as well lol.
Gotta structure in those cheat meals man, so many people fall off the wagon for a day / weekend / week after dieting too hard for too long.
