Not sure the DL in a dress would work for me or rather you all if I lost. There's like three people in my gym when I'm there In the am. Plus all I have access to are my wife's Zumba clothes :-)

Exactly! Plus remember it isn't a competition, you don't lose you fail to succeed. Much more internal battle here. We all must succeed or do this, not just one person losing. This is accountability to the max with all of our supporters pushing each other. It is a recipe for success.

My goal is to get my abs back in nice and good, I need to be in the single digits or I failed. Plain and simple. That is easily 5% from where I am now if not more.
 
Oh yeah they couldn't kick us out of the gym that would be discrimination against cross dressers. PLEASE do that 24 Hr, I got a lawsuit for ya. LOL
 
I thought not dling in a dress would be solid motivation guys... I'm comfortable with the penalties. Public humiliation is always entertaining lmao. It could be bench pressing in a dress... Think about it... We'll figure out the penalty for failure but I think it should be steep enough to really provide motivation.
 
I like the 4:1:1 here on that, it is a nice mix. A lot of people know that luecine is the most anabolic but don't know that isoluecine has a higher affinity in the muscle. So the higher the ratio the better but the others are still needed. Looks solid. I am sure these are tasty since they are Purus! So is everyone in agreement about deadlifting in a dress with a video posted? I guess in DanB's case he could leave his set to private people with a link only so his Dad doesn't see it. Don't want anyone getting disowned.

As long as it is truly publicly humiliating I don't think it really matters too much. That is the key, you kind of want to fear having to do it. If you think it will be funny and aren't that bothered by it where is the motivation right?

Leg day today. Did a ton of slow negatives and just overall slow controlled movements today. Walked out with what felt like giant knots in my hamstrings (in a bad way) I'm thinking I didnt warm up enough (or at all really) and jumped right into squats.

BB squats- Warmed up with just the bar and then 135 for 2 sets going ATG then threw on 185 and hit a couple sets of 8-10 started working my way up and my hamstrings cramped up horrible. Tried dropping the weight and still a no go.

Leg exts- did single leg SS with double leg for 2 sets

SL DB DL- 3 sets

Leg press SS calf raises

Single leg SS with double leg hamstring curls. 2 sets

Almost fell on my face stepping off the curb to go to my truck....must a been a good session lol
 
We are gonna have an epic thread here pretty soon. Going to be pretty insane! Yeah warm up those hammies get them ready they are a problem area for injuries.

I hope to get the V on Valentines Day too! Oh I know man I am getting the brachialis cramps every time I train back or biceps hard. Lucky me I have no need for training calves. I can jump rope and they look retarded, I train them for a couple months before a show and they are set. Knotted up calves are just the worst. You gotta walk so you gotta feel the pain!
 
I had to lacrosse ball my calves last night. It was actually a dogs kong ball. It gave serious relief. My calves were knotted so hard I was almost in tears. Then I realized I was a man... Danny b definitely don't ease into it. Phase one is for outta shape fatties like you and I! Lol

Lol truth. I couldn't imagine doing phase 3 lifts right now. Yikes. On a side note legs are sore as sh1t today

No Canadian Thanksgiving was mid-October. This is one of the rare times you guys have a holiday that we do not. Curious.. do you get Boxing Day? (Dec 26th)

Well I used to think it was a day where there was lots of boxing. Not sure the true meaning - 'for xmas clean up' lol. But we have Dec 25/26 as our stat holidays. And the shopping aspect of Black Friday we have it just not quite like yours - but we have huge Boxing Day sales.. which isn't of much use for Xmas shopping...

Our Thanksgiving is the same day as Columbus Day in the U.S.

Ive been too scared to step on the scale lol my mom makes the best homemade pecan pie and Ive probably eaten a whole pie since thursday lol. Other than. That I've spent the last 4 days in a tree freezing my butt off. Was able to put the sneaky Indian on a big doe Thursday so I have some fresh back straps and steaks! I was able to go in and hit back today. Felt pretty good. Getting back into the higher volume stuff.

Saw her and 2 others under another one of our stands 250 yards away waited until they got behind a hill and slipped out of my stand to the next fence row acrossed a bean field and sniped her out lol I felt like mark whalberg in that movie shooter lol

If you're not a hunter you almost wouldn't understand. One of the greatest adrenaline rushes ever.

Oh I am sure it is awesome. I actually would really like to try it sometime. I actually was at a party last weekend, and one of the guys had some moose steaks ... was fantastic.

There is a restaurant here that sells those 'exotic' meats, I need to do a taste test one day. I love some venison; I bet moose and elk would be tasty too.

As for hunting, I love to hunt too. It's not in the budget for me right now though. Besides, we have mini-deer here in Florida compared to you guys up north.

Ha I wouldn't be jealous at all. Ive got 45+ sits in so far this year and only 2 does to show for it. Only seen 2 shooter bucks all year. Not much to be jealous of lol
