Dude, you have to live! Restriction 100% of the time breeds depravity. One thing I learned from The Solution is that you have to allow yourself to have "junk" once in a while. Even once a week or more. Just use moderation. When you go months without, then you end up eating a gallon of ice cream in one sitting.

Well big Dan stuff happens, get back up on the horse and spur that bitch on. No big deal on occasion just do what you can to make up for it and avoid it happening again for a little bit. I found myself in a similar scenario this weekend. Had an unplanned trip and lots of labor. I don't believe I overate at all but my macros changed a bit and meals were definitely spread out a lot more than normal. Sometimes life sneaks up and takes the reigns, you just have to take them back and guide that sucker where you want it to go.
 
Thanks for the support guys. No big deal really already back down to 202 and killed it in the gym this morning. Definitely not a regular occurrence. Things just took longer than expected this weekend and everything just turned into a convince situation. I wasnt like dying to have sh1t food or anything.

...But anyway. Bro day today kept rest periods short and sweet. Wrist is still bugging me so im gonna have to cut out everything that irratates it. Pretty much just BB curls and anything with an EZ bar.

If your not 2 weeks out from a show or a phootshoot whats it really going to do? nothing really in a few days your weight will baseline.
Haha fact of the matter im no IFBB pro. Nor is that my goal. And god knows im too ugly to be a model lol just an average dude trying to be healthier. So yeah no real huge issue.

199.3 this morning...officially the lightest ive been in 10-12 years. And thats after a high carb day yesterday. Metabolism is in overdrive right now!...feeling good.

Back day later on. At the Dr right now getting a posion ivy shot. Apparently im not as immune of it as I once was lol

Thanks dudes. Is a good day. Other than being itchy as hell. Got some weird looks in the gym lol. Hit several PRs today for reps and weight. Hit an EASY 440 rack pull single from lower than mid shin after doing doin sets of 10/8/6/3.

What's unrealistic about 8%?

Maybe in like 2-3 years lol...id guess im still around 19% ish so another 10-11% is quite the stretch

Sorry for the lack of updates been busy as fuk. This time if year until around Thanksgiving is always super hectic. But I still managed to stay on track diet wise and hit the gym as scheduled. Been kicking around what training style im going to venture into next and I have it down to either another run at MD or giving PHAT a shot. Either way im Gonna start next week. Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend and stayed outta jail :)

Someday im gonna venture into PL'ing...maybe lol it has been nice lifting some heavy weight these last ciupke weeks though.
 
Haha that's really the only thing I don't like about this program is no bro day. I've found my arms respond well to hitting them twice a week (once with another muscle then their own day. BUT I'm focussing on trying new things so I'm not complaining and ill tweak it if need be.
Gonna be a lot of upper body anyway till this focking foot heals.

Haha yeah you could say that. TbH its the only program ive ever ran where I saw actual body comp results. Now there obviously are more factors than just the program in that but for now why change whats working lol

Alright guys little update. Not a whole lot new going on. Tweaked my diet a little bit i upped cals by 150 a day and am rotating carbs 125/150/200 and dropping them to 100 on off days. Keeping fats around 60g and filling in the rest with protein. Weight has been holding steady at 196, and still been killing it in the gym. Also I have been throwing in a free meal every 10 days which has helped a ton with not straight up binge eating when I do get a free meal like I was when I was only allowing myself 1 free meal every 4-6 weeks. Much better for my mood as well lol.
