I'm not the best one to ask about starting and end weight lol. I struggle with mile food addiction, I will diet very strict for 3 weeks, and sometimes cave in real bad.

I have ran Alphamine on and off again with Alpha T2 since April and have dropped from 315-320, to 295

I use it mostly to curb my appetite, and to put me in a good mood, since I sometimes get pretty crabby lol.

I still think that alphamine and Forskolin-95 together create a very nice stack.

Really? I've heard this a lot from cheaper Forskolin, never had any issues with our Forskolin.

Shift/alphamine/ABE is what I've had the best success with all around. Im staying incredibly lean on a calorie surplus in pct. While gaining a good amount of strength and mass.

Anabeta elite. Alphamine as a stand alone will yield great results. I've just been fortunate enough to try different combos and am really enjoying this one.

The OG SHIFT is all sold out after the last sale. Anything that is on Nutra is the last of it.

Same with methylsynephrine. They have 1 left on NP it looks like. Thats the last one

lol, it took me about 8 months to stop it completely for more than two weeks or so. This is the first time I have been four weeks without it since it was released.

I am embarrassed at my willpower lol.

No need to be embarrassed. Most people I have try the product are dealing with the same issue. Everyone at my work steals a scoop from each other when they are supposed to be cycling off. Haha

I hear ya! I'm just now cycling off again and boom I hear of a new flavor. Mind you my "last" dose was yesterday. :D
 
How many hours does the appetite suppression last from one dose in the morning, and would a half scoop still suppress appetite?

For me, it differs but it really kills my appetite for about 1-2 hours. The energy I receive from it though last about 4-5 hours.

Half a scoop could have some appetite suppression but really depends on user.
 
Definitely depends on user as well as how long you have been using Alphamine for.
 
I love this stuff. Just started on it again and it's awesome for sure. Glad it's easy to take and also the results are epic! Great stuff for sure. Really liking this stuff I would suggest it for anyone at all. It's really one of my favorites!

Seriously, why IS this stuff so addictive? I'm a non-responder to lots of supps, but Alphamine is the only thing I've actually CRAVED once I've stopped taking it! Do they put a micro gram of heroin in it or something?

So are mine, and usually I try to fill the void with a different burner supp with different main ingredients. caffeine is the common denominator though and I should probably take some time off everything..
