I loved that government cheese. Like valveeta but way better, it made the best grilled cheese. The peanut butter was amazing too, had to stir in all the oil. I miss that stuff.

So yeah, same here. I'm happy to have ridiculous parties on my kids birthdays now. I want them to have better memories than I do
 
MMMMMM Grilled cheese! I do miss that cheese it was THE BEST CHEESE EVER! The PB was awesome too, and one of my favorite dishes then was slow cooked pinto beans over buttered bread! That was awesome! No wonder I was chubby!

Pct day 9

Weight 182

Killed shoulders/back today with 20 mins on the treadmill. Hit a new PR on hammer shoulder press, 3 plates and a 10 per side for 5 reps. :)

Felt incredibly jacked and alpha today. Energy and endurance through the roof. Can't believe I'm not on anymore...

PCT day 10

179 +4.5

Kept the momentum going by destroying legs today. Set PRs on my first two lifts which has me very very happy at this point. Hit the treadmill for 20 minutes to complete the workout. Dropped a pound but strength continues to go up so I'm not upset at all about it.

I'm pretty sure weight down, strength up is a good thing.

Weight 179 +4.5

Chest/biceps destroyed this AM. A few more PRs were set again as well. Veins were poppin and pump was intense. Water weight is definitely dropping as I'm seeing tightening really take place.

I will be at the water park celebrating my sons bday all day today. Should be fun!
