Is there such a thing?
I've given up all stims due to an anxiety disorder, but I am in dire need of a supp to stop my appetite, anything?
Cissus, dead serious.
Really?? Good to know thanks Coop ill pay more attention next go around lol
Cissus causes a large rise in plasma serotonin following administration in humans. Its weight loss effects, which have pretty good evidence, are thought to be secondary to appetite reduction
DCP
Vanillean
AT2
Had very good appetite suppression with all of them.
Also, though it's hardly as healthy, a cigar or nicorette or other form of nicotine has proved very useful for appetite suppression
Bummer. I've used multiple forms without ever having any problems with cessation or withdrawal. But then, I'm not talking about picking up smoking for its own sake.
And there are certainly plenty of other options, as I listed.

Was USP first product....started right here.
Was USP first product....started right here.
Look into:
- 5-HTP
- ALA
- Soluble Fiber
- Eating higher satiety inducing foods
Was that really the first USP release ever? They initially sold it as a non-stim appetite suppressant? Man they've come a long way, talk about a selling point with no potential for sales lol
As far as the nicotine, yes it's very true, it helps. Having said that I advise anyone who has never used nicotine (in any form) not to go this route. It is one of the most addictive drugs out. This coming from an addict myself, I would hate to see someone become addicted to this shyt.
Not trying to be someone's dad here, this just really hits home with me and I battle this addiction daily and have for 17 years.
It's not worth a little appetite suppression IMO.
And yes the gum and lozenges can be addictive as well along with being expensive.
I go into my local vitamin shoppe and look at the "hardcore" isle and many of them started here with one product. I leave with a smile and a chuckle.
You need to get commission on said products![]()
You can add it into a topical.
Never had a problem with nicotine addiction I smoked for a long time and I can have one or 10 and it's easy for me to stop. I feel that the additives in cigarettes and habit make it more addicting. Nicotine itself I haven't found to be habit forming for me
Who says I don't![]()
Yes, interestingly, we were taught that nicotine is addicting, yet all the recent data suggests otherwise. It would appear that cigarettes are addicting but pure nicotine is not, physiologically. Psychological addiction is a different story...I'm psychologically addicted to my morning dose of Alphamine, but hey, I guess it provides only positives for my health. Similarly, the "side effects" of responsible nicotine use are fat loss, appetite suppression, and improved cognitive function
Living the dream...no wonder you're way cooler than forum admin over at BB.com. A lousy 20% coupon to the BB.com store just takes prices to, well, NP's.

Would it make a difference if the person was a former smoker?
Surprised no one has mentioned water. Every time hunger hits drink until you're full. Has always worked for me, although not when using water enhancers (Mio, crystal light) the sweetness just brings on cravings for me.

If you are taking any medication for the anxiety, ie SSRI or SSNRI, then avoid 5-htp as the interaction can lead to serotonin syndrome
Yep. Camphibolic.
Forskolin, cissus, green tea....something like that.
I'm pro nicotine myself (gum/lozenge) in certain instances. Wouldn't recommend it for everyone especially ex-smokers. It definitely has benefits though.
If you've never tried it start low! Messing around in pharm lab my buddy popped a lozenge (expired even) and almost passed out lol

Why oh why would you start using nicotine with the potential of becoming addicted or even dependant to it? Makes zero sense.
How much we're you using Sean? Jw
I'm not saying its impossible to get addicted nor that its something I'd promote. Just putting that out there.
