Day 87 (6 days left)

Off day. Got a nice 8-9 hours of sleep. Really needed the rest day. Legs felt pretty sore from the previous days workout.

Weight 181.5 +7

Back/cardio. Killed it today. Great pump and vein action going on all day. Strength felt good and energy was high. Nearing the end of this cycle and I'm actually kind of ready for it. Time to see if I can keep my natty gains good. Really interested in blood work results I will be getting in a month. It may have a big play in whether I chose to blast and cruise from my next cycle on.

Talked to a buddy about tweaking my training and have been leaning heavily on dc training. Still researching it and not completely set yet but I need to switch it up and spice up my training a bit.

Weight 181 +6.5

Chest/biceps/cardio. Concentrated on incline work for chest. Had a nice pump and felt pretty refreshed today. Shoulder pain continues though. A bit worried to see how bad it will hit when the anabolics clear.

I have to be honest, I had to change the figure that I aspire to be. I used to think I would be one sexy beast if I could look like LTL, but now I have to say NEW LTL is ONE SEXY BEAST. You have brought my dream body into its true manifestation. Now how the F*CK do I get it??

Just wait for next summer. I have some sick plans ahead. My fall/winter bulk will be hit 200 or bust. 190 lean for summer. Very realistic in my opinion but I will have to get my drive back in gear. Changing training plans to spice it up a bit should help.
 
20 mg sdrol an hour pre-workout Is just cheating. :D

Very good shoulder day today. Killed 3 plates for 5 reps on hammer shoulder press. If it isn't a PR then it tied an old one. Energy and strength was great but when I tried I do a few sets of military db presses the shoulder started to give me some serious trouble. Had to finish all my work with cable to take some strain off of it. The weight loss was from just waking up and not having much of a meal before heading in to the gym. Also feel quite dehydrated today which would play a big part.

200 or bust huh? That sounds awfully familiar. I'm sitting at 175-177 lbs right now and fairly lean (not as lean as you) but I've got the Alpha 90 on it's way for me to log so we'll see how that treats me. Think I'll kick my intake up to 4500 cals this time and try to clean it up a bit more from last cycle. I was up to 186 or so by the end of it but I looked rather puffy so I think the was some good water weight there and then I decided to lean things up a little but still try to keep the weight up. Didn't really succeed to well there. :( Oh well, it's all a learning experience!

You will only come back stronger now lukey. Tweaking any mistakes made and keeping yourself motivated will be key for ya. I definitely see areas I could have had major improvements in this go. Live and learn.

Weight 181 +6.5

Absolutely destroyed my legs in less than 35 minutes. Even hit a PR on leg extensions. Really feeling great energy and intensity in the gym this week. Capped the workout with 20 minutes of treadmill cardio. Bumped the sdrol to 40mg a few days ago. This is the second run I've had with sd10 and I'm thinking it is pretty under dosed. No where near as many sides or benefits as with Mdrol.

Shoulder is still in some pain today. It was really bad at work all night last night. Almost hit the urgent care but decided to hold off. We will see how I feel tomorrow after chest/biceps and go from there.
 
Man I hope that shoulder starts feeling better soon. It hurts all the time now? Not just when your lifting?

I feel it daily. Just a achy feeling that spikes here and there. It has been almost 2 months and seems to be getting worse each day so I'm going to have to get it figured out.

Sorry to hear that bud. ...2 months is a long time especially for daily pain. Better get that thing looked at.

How do you sleep? On your side, back or belly? I've noticed that if I sleep on my left side (my bad shoulder) that it is worse the next day. If I sleep on my back with my arm straight by my side and not bent, it feels a lot better. I know my doc said it was from the phone use/spine issue but the sleeping on it seems to make it lots worse. Sucks because that is the side that I am most comfortable on.

Day 92 (1 day left)

Weight 182 +7.5

Hit chest with some bicep work and treadmill to finish. Strength on every lift was up. Hit a few PR's and had an incredible day. I'm about 15 days post last inject and feel fully on. I have increased cals to prevent muscle loss and preserve gains. It's resulted in some bloat but I'm not too worried about it. Im at the point now where I feel adding muscle is more beneficial to me then leaning out further. Summer is coming to a close anyway so abs aren't as important. :)

Shoulder held up pretty well today. Only very faint and minor pain here and there.

Totally understand about this - fixing how I sleep has been part of the reason my shoulder hasn't ached in while (along with spending some time on rehab exercises)

Not sure on this one. LTL chases squirrels in his sleep. It's cute how his legs and arms move as though he was running and his lip curls a little right before he growls a soft sleepy growl. Not sure if he's ever caught one or not because the chasing/growling doesn't last but a bit.

Thank you sir. My chest has been weird this cycle. When I hit chest it appears ungodly pumped for me but on off days I appear flat. Arms have always been a strength of mine but they definitely blew up nicely. Thanks brosef!

50 mg is the saturation dose no need to go any higher

From all I've seen, 75,50,50,25 for the length of your cycle and the compounds. I could be on thd high side though. I'm planning on a 50,50,25,25 for my M1A cycle.
