I like that, I have always thought that experience was the better teacher. Science can be so conflicting.. and often wrong.

Science has it's place for sure. Especially progress for our sport. But it can be twisted and over stated so easily by individuals.

French press? Unless I misunderstood what you meant
Yeah French Press covers pretty much any free weight triceps extension though when I look it up so I don't use the term to often. I guess you could call it a lying french press, but the ones I see examples of tend to have the elbow going straight up not back at a 30-45 degree angle.
ohhh..don't get me started on reps running around in other company thread, or dissecting other companies products :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes:
alas - I cannot worry about what these other reps are doing, except our own of course..
really a shame more cannot embrace this mentality

I'm not gonna lie, sometimes I watch x-fit games on YouTube when I'm bored. Some of those guys are beasts. For real. Rich Froening, I think is his name, is a monster. I'm not a huge fan of the craze we call crossfit, but many people have benefitted immensely from it.

it would be extra intense there. think about doing all that work while keeping yourself and the weights totally quiet shhhhhhhhhhhhh
 
I need a new camera. Losing all kinds of detail in these pics. 238lbs. Not quite as lean but not far off from where I was.

shoulder time! Shortening my rest periods for the foreseeable future. So the weights won't be as heavy but will still be as heavy add possible. Also moving back to more free weight lifts to stimulate the muscles since I've been on machines a while.
 
Today was awesome. As I thought the 45 seconds rest times hurt the weights but today was one of the best "feeling" sessions I've had in some time.
