Alphamine

If I take alphamine will fat drip off me like butter to season the women who flock like the salmon of the capistrana to touch the abdominals???

I am surprised you haven't tried Alphamine already. I seem to remember you have a thing with rotating thermogenic products.
 
Does the HICA in Alphamine negate the need for intra w/o BCAAs if fat loss is the main goal? Strictly cutting?

I take my bcaa PrWO and immediately PoWO. Should I take it intra too??

BCAA's intra doesn't realy make sense. Pre workout to stimulate the anabolic response and keep you anti catabolic makes more sense, especially since leucine needs to be bolused at once rather than split up. 500mg HICA is a good dose (1 scoop alphamine I believe), id imagine that 2 scoops of alphamine pre workout would provide a gram of HICA, and therefore additional leucine may not be neccessary (studied dose is 1500mg HICA).

It wont hurt to take 3-5 grams of plain leucine pre workout anyway, I do this on top of the HICA in the alphamine, but definitely no need for BCAAs intra. There's really no direct studies on HICA versus leucine, but as a leucine metabolite it should work rather well/similar, atleast according to the studies.

before and after is perfect, no need for during.

I did back in feb but I was on a lean bulk and eating far too many carbs for me personally to burn any bf but I didn't add any and got hard as a mofo
 
I understand BCAAs are not needed but you answered my question about HICA

I got money on it being a little of both! RL + FP = heaven.

Will the AU version cause a positive reading for WADA prohibited substances I.e. beta agonists
 
We wouldn't recommend it. Anyone competing in a sport needs to check with their governing body to be absolutely certain.
 
It is my own policy just to be safe. It prevents instances where the rules change without me knowing or people testing positive for another substance but blaming one of our products.
