Theres been a lot of ****ty things going on in my life over the last couple of weeks and it finally boiled over last night. Made the mistake of thinking alcohol would make me feel better....bad idea! Anyways woke up hungover as crap and almost called off my training this morning but sucked it up and forced myself to go. Glad I did! Had a great day of training!!!

Really used my legs on this and realized if I do it correctly I'm a lot stronger than I thought. Going to do a reverse pyramid next time as I think I can go a lot heavier. Finished with a set of fast shrugs 225x20
