Got some real good sleep today and am feeling pretty recharged. Dropping the letro has made a huge difference in overall mood and soreness. Had sporadic chubby's today as well do libido is creeping back. Back pumps have been a pain so far but aren't incredibly bad. I'm just not used to having them on cycle at all. Headaches have been almost irrelevant since starting the cq10 like swanks recommended.
Will be hitting the gym in the morning after work. Ready to kill back!
Hunger had been unbelievable. My body is destroying calories. I literally get hunger pains every hour and a half. I've done everything to try and put some more weight on including dirtying up my diet a bit and adding calories and I still see little change in weight but good change in definition and toning. These compounds together are proving to be incredible for lean bulking. Can't wait for the third week when everything should be hitting strong!

Good shoulder day with a few sets of abs. Strength was even for last week. Got 85s for 5 again on db shoulder press. I was sweating like crazy today in the gym. Veins were way more evident through my shoulders and chest. Really felt lean today even though I was holding a constant pump. After my shower I noticed all kinds of veins in my quads and hip area as well as webbed out all over my triceps. I've never really noticed them before. I think this npp is really good for veins and pumps. Can only imagine how shredded I'll be getting when the mast hits.

I truly think I will always try to better my physique. Where you say I raised the bar I see where improvements need to be made. I'm not as lean as I'd like to be nor am I as large as I feel I should be after all these years. I just have to keep in mind I was 140lbs just about 3 years ago with a little higher bf ratio. 40+ lbs of muscle would be about 13+ lbs a year which is incredible.You just keep raising that bar don'cha. He's got great size, but he's really not a hyuuuge 170er. Most people just have more bodyfat than they realize. And, that body fat is often visceral giving them the appearance of a lean abdomen, so their perspective is skewed. lol. When people lean out it's surprising how muscular you can still look while weighing far less than you'd ever imagine. Not that long ago I had a 41" waist that didn't look "fat". I just thought I was big-waisted. I'm now at 31.5" and still have a decent layer of fat around my waist that needs to be stripped away before my abs really pop. lololYea man your a big 170er lol

Oh, I wasn't commenting on your physique or progress in any way really. You've obviously made great gains. I was responding to something else entirely. It's just that based on some comments people seemed very suprised by the size you had at 5'9 180lbs. I don't think many people realize how much muscle is on a relatively lean 180lbs. 180 lean pounds is very solid! So, in that sense you've got great muscle, but what I meant to say is that 180lbs of lean muscle is pretty darn big at average height in general, not that you're magically 180lbs and bigger than other guys at 180lbs who are lean at your height.Thanks for your feedback sir. Went in for a chest/tris capped with abs and cardio after work. This was my second session for the day so I was worried I would be weak and tired. No chance! 1 methy synephrine and 3/4 scoop enhanced with 3/4 scoop alphamine and I was ready to kill it. Strength was good but most noticeable was the volume was way up without getting fatigued. I felt like I could just keep on going. I did a new fly workout where you put the cable setting to the highest point and bring the cables down towards your groin area. This rocked my chest better than any other workout I've done before. I left the gym feeling incredibly pumped and alpha.
