Love these. I only do this many when the gym is empty. Went late last night and had the machine to myself. Usually have issues aerobically during drop sets, but not today. I did not feel as drained either. I hate loading the machine - waste too much time, so will go up in reps next time. These were done full range of motion at 4 seconds down and 4 seconds up.

By comparison, leg strength has gone up versus last week. Recovery is above average and energy level is high. I don't remember breathing hard at all. Need to increase load again next time.

Felt workout have been great recently and capacity increase is definitely being felt.

For tomorrow, I am going to skip chest and go right to back. Shoulder work 2 days ago showed that pressing is out. I am now pretty sure it is some kind of sprain. Will need to back off using shoulders at certain angle and see if that improves it. I may do some light cable work though. We shall see.
 
How much you up by now? Or are you lookin for a recomp?

I am up 2lbs eating maintenance. My goal is recomp, but I realize this product would have done wonders for lean bulk.

Most are light warm up sets. Only got into it at 630 for density work. Drop sets did wear me out. Although not as much as it used to.

I normally do 160s and then eek out 6-8 reps on set 5. Well today, I kept adding weight until I hit 190. 190s were clean for 5 reps before I cheated for 2 more. What helped ? Better grip strength and forearms did not get tired.

Shoulders were getting tight and had that pulling feeling. Added these to stretch it out further to loosen it up a bit.

I am feeling the strength increase. Workout felt awesome. I think what really enables it is better muscle endurance and better aerobic capacity. Sweated like crazy again and had amazing pumps all throughout.

Veins are crazy now - for me anyway. Looks great and adds motivation. Skin is less oily, but potential breakouts all over.

Felt alpha all day. Don't get in my way. I may just walk over you. Yep, jerk status on full alert. Not irritable, but I am acting very arrogant. So I am told. Gotta watch it. Don't want anymore fights.

Muscle hardness is back. Weight has not increased and neither has appetite.

Tried machine chest press today in the beginning and chest is still a no go. Can't do any presses or fly type movement. Need to keep it stimulated somehow even if I can't work it.

Not sure what I will work tomorrow. Too soon for legs. Little wary about doing shoulders again so soon. Will see.

Mid chest separation is getting better and showing better muscle separation in upper body. Size increase is starting to become apparent. Can't see the vein on left shoulder that well on pic.

Chili and steaks all day with some chicken sausages thrown in. Ton of salad and veggies. Probably the cleanest I have eatin during this entire run with preferable macro split.

Decided to throw in a rest day here to give the system a break and give my shoulders a free day to heal up. I am going up in dose for Achilles and fish oil again to see if that will help. It can't hurt.

Past the midway point now. 2 weeks to go.
