Ahh that's an easy one bro it was shaved bat!!! Trust me I know we have some teams that you will see everyone or at least 90 percent of the team swing the same bat and you can hear a difference in the sound. They take the end cap off and shave ounces off the inner wall so it increase the bad speed. This is very dangerous though and has caused medical treatment and death in some areas. If they catch it and test your bat that cause an injury to another player and they prove it's hot you can face jail time including man slaughter! Sad **** but people do it.

Leg work was done in higher reps and in slow controlled reps. I feel like I have to watch movement more than ever as risk for injury is higher in my opinion. Joints are tender and dry and now I am getting Agmatine like pumps. I pulled my muscles several times just stretching. Need to be on high alert.

I have been stating that muscle hardness was the first effect seen. Oily skin is definitely second. It is not letting up no matter how many times I wash my face. Strange though. No breakouts for few days. Muscle pumps have definitely come on in the last few days. I had few minor instances of pulled muscles that I had to stretch out of.

The leg work was easier than expected. Signs of strength increase ? Can't confirm yet.

Libido is STRONG right now. GF is very happy !!!

Upping my fish oil again and will up Achilles to 6 per day. Also adding another gallon of water to daily regimen. Hope these help combat joint issues.

I guess everyone is trying to get an edge. It was funny as they would hit and leave the bat on the batters box for the next guy. We hit 1 homerun and our dude is like 6'3" 250 jacked. They looked like bunch of college kids. I am over it now. Staying true to my word. It's only softball.

Solid updates and workouts fumoney. Sorry to hear about your shoulder. Do you have any resistance bands? I've been doing a lot of band work for my shoulders and they're feeling better than they have in a while.

What happens is it increases the speed of the ball when hit off the bat, so say a pencil ddd 120 lb kid has bat speed and can hit a 275 ft hr. With a shaved bat it can go any where btw 40-60 ft more. So if you got a pitcher and the hitter hits the ball up the middle with a shaved bat, let's just say that pitcher better have a face mask and cup on. I've seen one get hit in the knee and went down like a KO from Ali. You could here his knee pop. The bat flies off the bat to fast and becomes dangerous.

Thanks wasme. I usually crash after a workout like that, but it did not feel as stressful yesterday. If I gain any strength on this run, it might be legs.

Seriously? how is it dangerous... Not doubting you, just have no clue.
It's like a snowball sized BB coming right at you at 120 mph. It's dangerous especially for the pitcher. I saw 3B get beaned. In men's league a lot of pitchers wear padded shirts and helmet.

A shot in the head or directly at your heart could lead to death.

There are beer leagues where people play for fun and there are men's leagues where people take it way too serious.

No, I did not grow boobs. Still working on lower chest fat. Had it before I started this run.

Change I notice mostly is my arms getting bigger and my love handles getting smaller. And we are only getting started.

Yeah, we have a lot of people who've worked 20-30 years hoping they get to stay few more years to make it to retirement. If the CEOs share the pain, I would be OK with it. Unfortunately they get to leave with those golden parachutes.

I love playing ball. Down to softball now. Can't play hard ball anymore. Haha. Do you play or fan of a team ?

Another excellent workout. Felt real strong this day and need to move the weight up for next back workout. Energy level was high and reps only ended with muscle failure vs aerobic failure.

Shoulders behaved well. This leads me to think there is no tear. I am warming up as Matty instructed and watching my angles carefully,

Skin is greasy. I now have pimples on my face and one on my shoulders. Still no appetite increase. Muscle hardness is still present and pumps are there every workout now.

Oh yeah, more veins showing than ever before.

Thanks Packers. Trying to get my back up as well. Only exercise I am strong are in the rows. However, I need to make sure I don't ego lift and concentrate on form and contraction. Don't sell yourself short buddy. Your back game is getting stronger everyday.

Oily skin continues and I am irritable. Got in several fights this week about stupid sh!t with my GF. A lot of making up to do and she is not as forgiving this time. Yes, I was the jerk and deserved the cold shoulder.

Muscle hardness is not as strong and I have a bit of a bloat.

My muscles are sensitive to pulling right now. Several quick movements almost resulted in pulled muscle. Sneezing for example.

Could be just having a bad day. We will see how I do once the week gets going.

Definitely. One thing I made sure I do. No alcohol and 2 gallons of water. I am going to try to drink more to see if that makes a difference.

I just got back from the drug store. Got my blood pressure checked.. wicked headache all day, and 3 nosebleeds in the last 4 days.. but all 3 readings were fine ... so not sure what is up with that. Going to add in extra Hawthrone just in case.

I am feeling more irritable as well. And feel as though my stomach is bloated.....

Thanks FU, appreciate it. I guess nose is a bit dry. I used to get allot of nose bleeds when I was younger, but haven't in a very long time. Also, dealing with a fair bit of stress/anxiety at the moment - so perhaps the trigger. I will keep monitoring things though. Happy to report, the headache at least is gone!

Felt like my right shoulder was going to come off. I had strength on the shoulders. I just didn't have the tolerance to fight through he pain and feeling like I was doing more damage with each lift. Had to stop.

I felt the need to stretch out my shoulders and these actually helped.

Without the normal press overload, I had more strength to do the six ways. I was not interested in weight due to shoulder pain, so I went for pump with these 2 exercises in FST fashion supersetted. I have to tell you that I have never in my LIFE had a better pump them when I was finished with these. I am going to do these next time the same way as a finisher without pyramiding up the weight. Wish I took some pictures. Next time. Maybe a video as well.

That was it. I b!tched out after this. No mas. Shoulder pain....you win.

Libido is high. Any sexual thoughts in my head brings on a full hard on. Boys are still a good size and the plumbing is good.

My skin is as oily as it can be. Small annoying break outs everywhere. Little bumps that dare you to touch them so they grow bigger. I haven't yet, so haven't reached zit city luckily.

Joints are better. I upped the Achilles and fish oil doses by factor of 2 and it seems to be helping. Shoulder issue I developed is unrelated to Msten. Why ? I have been battling it all year. It just turned for the worse recently.

Still no appetite increase. I am eating maintenance. I guess my body is telling me I am eating enough. Probably saying, you want to eat more you fat ass ???? Da fuq.

Dry mouth is gone.

Muscle hardness is still there. Just not as strong. Veins are everywhere on my arms now. Even tiny little bumpy ones. Nice !

Pump during exercise and even during the day is apparent. I need to watch myself so I don't pull something. Possible appearance of back pump. Need to monitor carefully.

DOMS were there first week. They have pretty much disappeared during second.

Muscles definitely look bigger. I don't have the dry look. Probably due to higher body fat level versus someone like Matty. Shoulders, chest and arms look like they have grown. Shirts are tight -especially the sleeves in my polo shirts. Pants still fit the same way. I do have some bloat in the way of belly than love handle growth.

OK, M-Sten RX, I have put in almost 2 weeks now. Lets see what you can do.

Thank you brother. I think it's the excitement building up to what everyone calls the sweet spot. Two weeks in now. I am hoping to see more changes.
