you grew up with the beatles and elvis in the 60s![]()
lolThat's true, ok I was a teenager in the 70's ... and we were rockers when they first started out. 74 was the first album and I was 16 . so still had a lot of growin up to do![]()

random tidbit - my ex is a yr younger than me, and she never really listened to much music, but Rush is her fav band, Eagles one step behind (and only because she has the hots for Don Henley)
me, i got a steady diet of fleetwood mac from my ma as a child , grew into Rush and Pink Floyd on my own, then in the 80s got a lil harder with old Sabbath and Ozzy, branched into Metallica and that segment in the early to mid-80s
of course, i'm just keeping this to north america, kinda..won't even go into all the different cultural music i grew up with from my grandmother, including my own culture - i do love me some polka tho
told you it was random, you jerk!............

sure sure, all those as wellDefinitely some Fleetwood, mine were also into Disco and the Big Band Sounds, so lots of DOnna Summer, Commodores, Earth Wind and Fire, ELO, Doobie Bros.
is he still just a symbol these days?I grew into the PRINCE
all good stuff, love nickelback as wellI love industrial metal, and RapCore, then there are the plain and simple rock bands. I don't miss a Nickelback concert. Love them live, they do an amazing show even though for some reason lots of people hate them.
shinedown excellent group, good voice he hasIf you are not familiar with Shinedown but liked the old rock bands then you will love Shinedown. Look them up. The singer is a legit vocalist and the rest of them are true musicians.
ha, that one-hit wonder band of the 90s?Out of everyone on here though I am probably more stoked about seeing Papa Roach again. They are amazing live and I know most of the songs.I am sure you have heard of BUSH, you know "Machine Head" that is such a good workout song.papa roach rocks indeed
I was a Fleetwood Mac fan as well... my most loved music back in the day is Peter Gabriel and Genisis. He should of took the name with him though cuz Phil Colllins ruined them.. for me anyway. Of course I was a Major Pink Floyd fan as well who wasn't back then they were brilliant. Emerson Lake Palmer, King Crimson, Uriah Heap and Jethro Tull... I could go on and on .. Aerosmith there early stuff was very good. Early Queen was good too till they started iwth the Jock Rock and went mainstream.
boom! YES, incredibly talented musiciansmy most loved music back in the day is Peter Gabriel and Genisis.
well i did like you..no more thoHe should of took the name with him though cuz Phil Colllins ruined them..
tom finds his way to old-time discussion, go figure :wave2:get your wings...is by far my favorite aerosmith album. i found an old fleetwood mac album with a song called hypnotized, never would have guessed it was them....to me music has gone way down since the 70's. damn we were spoiled with some great music!!!
told you it was random, you jerk!

Definitely some Fleetwood, mine were also into Disco and the Big Band Sounds, so lots of DOnna Summer, Commodores, Earth Wind and Fire, ELO, Doobie Bros. I grew into the PRINCE, then of course all of the metal and hair bands of the late 80's early 90's. Now I like things from most genre's and prefer music the crosses the boundaries between genres. I love industrial metal, and RapCore, then there are the plain and simple rock bands. I don't miss a Nickelback concert. Love them live, they do an amazing show even though for some reason lots of people hate them. So pretty much give me something intense that makes me feel and I am happy.

Out of everyone on here though I am probably more stoked about seeing Papa Roach again. They are amazing live and I know most of the songs. Hollywood Undead is one I am excited to see l understand the are electrifying. Although you have to like RapCore to like them. P.O.D. puts on a hell of a live show! Honestly so many of these bands are really good. I think the concert sold out in like 15 minutes.
I am sure you have heard of BUSH, you know "Machine Head" that is such a good workout song.
srs? so did he know victor conte? My dads a musician (bass player) played in Cali outta high school with Santana, tower of power, and many others.
boom! YES, incredibly talented musicians
(speaking of Yes, i liked them too)
well i did like you..no more tho
how can you not respect phil collins?
trivia: what actress was the inspiration for two top-10 singles, by two different artists?
i will give you a hint: both were in the 80s, first one went to #2 on the charts and second one was peter gabriel's first gold single (gold is denoted by selling confirmed 500, 000 copies)
tom finds his way to old-time discussion, go figure :wave2:

interesting fella, that cat.. played bass in the band for a short while (he was a cousin of one of the other band members), "created" ZMA, founder of BALCO..a fairly wild career path
lulzzzHe just laughed and said yes!
no sirEither Marilyn Monroe or Bo Derek but only song that comes to mind is Candle in the wind by Elton John.
lulzzz

ima keep you in suspense
no looking it up on the internet now - i want to see if anyone gets it from memory
Thanks and that is awesome he played with Santana. What an experience. Santana's style of guitar is fugging amazing!Jealous dude! Love shinedown.
Best concert I've been to was Tool with deftones!
I dig nickel back as well very talented. My dads a musician (bass player) played in Cali outta high school with Santana, tower of power, and many others. So naturally I love jazz music as well.
Looking great Kleen awesome progress
Enjoy it, it will pass quickly.I FEEL SO YOUNG RIGHT NOW!!!!
Aaaaagggghhhh
Nice, forgot about Clutch.Everytime I hear the song Rockstar by Nickleback I sing it out loud and heavily regret my presence in the midwest. I gotta get rich and get out of here, no joke.
5FDP has some great double-bass, really good hard grooves for workouts.
Clutch puts on a helluva show, and their music is SO diverse so there's a lot of material to find something you really enjoy - hard rock one minute, blues and jamband the next.
if that was your way of answering the question, then it was pretty niftyRosanna yeah!
Yeah it is easy to forget that they will swell you up until then but it is water so not worried about it. I know I did not gain fat in one day of eating when it wasn't really even overboard. Those tortilla chips are the devil! They get me every time. Those big weight swings from refeeds can get a bit discouraging sometimes but you are a veteran and know what's going on brotherkeep plugging away man
Fug I just crave everything when I diet this hard, so can't give in an inch. Even things I never normally eat ever look tempting. Has to be a lot on the line to be able to hold out, and there is.

Yeah you are doing great and as it gets closer to my show I won't have any of that going on. However I am about 7 months out right now.
Yep that's why I have to go lg when not prepping. I can manage my weight using lg but not conventionally.
I find LG manipulation extremely easy. If I were trying to do the physique type of show I would probably even run it but for body building I am doing better right now with this. I feel the nitrogen balance is more suited for growth with at least 3 and up to however many meals makes you comfortable but spread out a bit through the day.
When I go back to lifestyle dieting I can almost assure you I will migrate back to IF, or sinply 3-4 meals a day and be perfectly happy.
Always an option for sure. Do this in stages some do well on extremely low carbs others not as well. Try it on see if it fits...
Gotta find a sweet spot
