You think the body can absorb that much protein at once, even on cycle? I'm genuinely curious, as I try not to go over 55g even on and if there was a real benefit I'd probably give it a go. I know over 50 off cycle and I'm just crapping 5x a day.
IF/LG has you consuming a rediculous amount of protein post workout 80-100g+ (suppose to your largest meal of the day) and if i remember correctly someone had there BUN leves and protein tested (from there urine and blood) wasnt any different if you ate 20g protein
