caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

That little blue ball with the spikes all over it is a bish! Hurt so good. Had an amazing pump going, hoping that rolling my chest and doing the scap work/exercises will eventually have my scapula sitting right (and my posture as well)

I didnt think i was going to work out today, but when i got home i said "might as well go bang out some chess." Therefore i didnt consume as many carbs before the workout.. my lifts suffered a wee bit.

Incline bench- 135x10 wu 155x8 wu 185x4 185x5 190x5
Db bench- 55x8 65x8 70x6 75x6 80x7
Incline hex press- 30x10 40x8x3
Decline bench- 135x10 155x10 175x9
Ez bar curl (lb per side) 25x8x4
Hammer curl- 30x8 40x6x2
Forgot what this exercise is called lol you use a preacher curl pad, except curl on the horizontal pad. 15x10x4 (squeeze hard ever two reps)

On to the peptides. My dosing hasnt changed, 100/100 three times daily.

Inject first thing upon waking, 30mins after taking 200mcg hup a again post workout and right before bed.

Effects/sides
-post injection, head rush and 10-15mins later hunger pains (bareable but annoying)
-AMAZING sleep, deep full eight hours. Slight grogginess when waking, harder to get outta bed.
-pumps come quicker when working out, muscles stay fuller longer.
-weights up 1.5-2lbs
-leaning out ever so slightly, but is noticeable around my shoulders and love handles.

Will update more when i notice anything else new.

Caz - i have a stash drawer myself. Except its full of sweet potatoes canned salmon peanut butter oats..blah blah blah. coworker saw it today by accident and was like wtf? Why do you eat so much?

I've spent 6 months trying to explain bulking to no avail.
 
Holy mother of calf cramp!!!! Set me up, holding my right calf.. that crap huuuuurrrt. More water, im on potassium already, so im lacking in the water department.

I throw my protien in with my yogurt otherwise I get bad gas usually eat 2 of these per day!! All the snacks you see I ate when I got home. I forgot to bring all my stuff back to work on monday so I had nothing at work to eat :( Man was I hungry when I got home. I'm also a pound lighter today

Ok, just curious! Im going as low cal as I can, but even around 2000-2200/day I'm a cranky biatch. lol

I eat a decent sized breakfast and three small lunches. Then I eat a big fat dinner followed by a crap load of sugarfree jello. I have to make sure I'm 110% full at night or I start snacking, and then the snacking turns into a binge. then its all over
 
I hear you this is why I watch almost no TV I can't sit in front of the thing without housing a entire bag of chips!! Thats the reason I hit the gym at night no time to eat after dinner..

I knew you would sometimes I eat 2 of those bad boys!! Question, Does enhances leave you stimmed out at all??? Reason is I remembered after last nights workout why I haven't used MM. I love the stuff some of my best workouts come from it but it left me staring at the inside of my eye lids all night!!

Lolol me too. I'm thinking I'm going to order some condense and some bulk agmatine.

Yep. My mind was stimulated to the fullest! Im going to try 3/4 a scoop an see how that pans out.

I have to say that 550xd has me peeing every 20 mins the last 2 days so the water weight is non- exsistent!! Look out cause it's starting to get real up in here!!!

These are some great workouts up in heeyah, boys - gettin' it done.

Caz - glad the dheas are treating you well, the only sides I got from them was lethargy with 1dhea, and you're not using it. Others are all peaches.

Tyga - lol at you talking about your 'lovehandles'. If you can't actually grab anything those aren't handles bud... ;)

Strong inclines caz! Good thing on the zero sides, thats awesome (although i suspected this- bc there dheas but doesnt mean they couldnt carry plethora of sides either). Oh its been real my man!

Meadows on tbar- 25x10 35x10 45x8 55x6
CG Reverse pulldown- 70x10 110x8 110x6 70x10 (would pull my lats down before i pulled)
-supersetted with yates rows- 115x8 135x7 155x7
Standing Face pulls- 60x10x4

I felt like doing volume for some reason, couldnt dead either do to the nasty calf cramp last night and the quad pop. Also, im sure the enhanced made me do it lol this pre is in a league of its own. I get some decent freakin pumps too, veins were blown out today. Made me :D

My morning shot and post make me ready to consume 10 trillion calories. The funny taste could be a shot in a vein or close to one. That happens with gear a lot.

Thats a helluva amount of calories there beast lol my post workout shot has me ready to eat poop ton of food.. intense hunger pains, stomach growling and some sweating with cold sweats (wears off right before i eat)

I see someone snuck in some meadow rows.. Nice! So your liking enchanced that much huh?? I tried the Athletix Stim free PW last night, all I have to say is :disappointed: Didn't notice anything from it?? Tasted good but it ruined my workout last night I dragged ass the entire time. :(

Yea.. the meadows are growing on me :)

Stim free is a let down huh? That blows. Looks like ill be using the stim version first lol (that is, if i ever get my samples)

Stim free PWO as a whole are disappointing. The effects are minimal (if at all) and most people just get a good placebo effect after reading great online reviews. So unless you're trying to limit stims or you're on a stim break, I'd always vote pass

And I've tried clen and hated how it made me feel personally, cost outweighed the benefit. Never tried albuterol but I think it's safe to say the ole EC stack is more effective. I've tried t3 as well. Idk didn't notice much, but I kept doses low as to prevent muscle wasting/endurance drops.

Eca + low t3. Or run t3 while your using analbolics to help spare muscle. Clen is a horror story. Albuterol may be worth a shot.

I've seen that it may cause cancer was just curious if anyone has tried it. Are u saying Clen is a horror due to the sides or is there more.. I ran it many years ago and the shakes and sweats where not that bad for me and went away after a week.. Results were great and out weighted the sides.. As for Albut I see people running it 5on5 off do you know why??

The sides mostly. I don't do well with stims though. Never used albuterol but supposed to be lighter on side effects. 5 on 5 off is probably similar logic to 2 weeks on 2 off if I had to guess.

I figured the sides, for some reason I handle stims very well.. I'm starting to think that a MK2866 and Clen or albut run could be a real good time.. I need to do some research about running the 2 together and if its even possible.. Where's my boy TYGA when I need him??? LOL
 
Shoulders / Tri's

I hit some shoulders and tri's last night and was not feeling it.. I used a non stim PW last night and it did nothing for me and my workout really suffered. Dragged my butt the entire time and almost called it quits and left. Not going to list the #'s cause it's not worth it! LOL Tonight I'll be back on my normal PW and will have to make up for yesterday. I will say that now with 5 Alpha, Alpha Bulk and 550XD going I'm feeling great. My attitude is very positive and mentally just feel very happy!!! Nice added bonus to the cycle cause sometimes a PH can make me a real dick..
 
I def noticed that on my dhea only cycle - itll be smooth sailing for you Caz. Epistane & Methylsten both gave me mild euphoria, or at least a positive outlook the whole time, probably a nicer guy than normal (and I'm a softee, no denying it). Cyanostane made me testy as hell tho, which I really didn't like.

I ordered Celtic Labs Ostabol (MK2886) and was gonna run it now, but it can be suppressive & PalmFist was claiming it was even bugging his nips in pct. I figure I'm trying to get my estro and prolactin balanced now in pct so the ostarine would only complicate things if my nips started whining.

Yeah DMZ made me a nasty MOFO! I have to agree leave MK2886 out of your PCT with your nip problems.. I'm not thinking of running any of this until my PCT is over.. I think that MK2886 and Clen would cut me up like a ginzu knife!! LOL
 
If you used GW, stack with AICAR. Walking fat burning machine.

Personally, id use albuterol, slintensity (or your favorite GDA) to cut down. If your worrying about muscle preservation then yes, low dose osta at 15mg for the duration of your cycle.

Opened a bottle of Glycobol today. Never used a slin-mimicker before. It says to take 2 caps up to twice a day with either 50-100g of complex carbs or 30 min prior to 25-50g of complex carbs.

Do they have to be complex carbs though, or are they just playing strict dietician? I thought people use these with cheat meals all the time, and those are always gonna be simple carb extravaganzas. Plus it'd be much more versatile if I could count the carbs in dairy or protein powders if simple/complex wasn't an issue.

Actually sounds really familiar to need2slin, well, the green poop and diarrhea for me a couple times actually as I'm eating my beef vegetable stew hahah. Very tempted to pick up glycobol or slin-shot, they pretty the same or is glycobol better? Indefinitely staying away entirely from those n2fckuover supps (not third party just them), sorry.
