caz and tygas ongoing log.. and w/e we decide to use.

You think the body can absorb that much protein at once, even on cycle? I'm genuinely curious, as I try not to go over 55g even on and if there was a real benefit I'd probably give it a go. I know over 50 off cycle and I'm just crapping 5x a day.

IF/LG has you consuming a rediculous amount of protein post workout 80-100g+ (suppose to your largest meal of the day) and if i remember correctly someone had there BUN leves and protein tested (from there urine and blood) wasnt any different if you ate 20g protein

Chest/Quads

So I finally just said Fugg it and pushed myself last night. I'm sick of dancing around this shoulder and I'm happy I did. It did bother me a little but once I got going I entered the zone and started throwing weight around. I couldn't even finish the workout cause I was just gassed. I was supposed to do squats and leg press but I only got 4.5 hours of sleep the night before so I was done!! Also I'm going to change the workout around, I miss having an all leg day. I'm going to go back to my old split of Chest/bi, Shoulder/Tri, Back, Legs and finish each body part with a FST-7 set.

6/day of the 1g cheap stuff, 8-10 right now on cycle. Prob will stay high tho in off time from here out. But mine aren't nearly as concentrated as yours, those are legit.

I hear you but it is so much fun to throw weight around!! I'm starting to think the shoulder pain is fron the PH's, thats why I'm adding the fish oil to see if it helps..

I decided that I need to add a leg day I just missed crushing my legs to the point that I can't walk. As I've said before sqauts always give me a problem so last night I started from scratch. Had a buddy from the gym help me with my form and we both noticed that I was not ingaging my hips. So I worked on it with very light weight and I think now I finally figured out what my problem was. :banana: The 5 alpha and Alpha Bulk have me sweating like a pig, also starting to notice alot of viens popping out!! I also decided with the help of Hyde (thanks Bud) to get another bottle of 5 Alpha and 550 xd. I'm going to start 550xd on Sunday and run all 3 together the rest of the way..:laugh:

Your form is perfect, dont change a damn thing - youtube every pro out there pulling at least 800lbs traditional and you will see them pull like that. Shoulders rounded fwd slightly, neck/spine neutral, lower back welded neutral (not rounded and not arched, neutral). That is the strongest form that is sustainable.

On another note, the injections are helluva lot easier. Skins seems to be thicker, harder to penetrate (thats what she said ;) )

pins always get easier. i'm dieing here i want my damn slin pins to get in so i can get on the peps and really kick this into high gear. im actually considering hiring a trainer off the other forum. im sure you've seen a posting or two from shelby starnes over there. dudes brilliant with nutrition. alot of his training principals come from John Meadows so you know that'll be good too. that'll definitely get me leaning out and getting straight jacked.

at what, 5'4" 158 is pretty diesel bro. no ones gonna play the you need to eat game. if they do theyre f*ck tards. i see dudes at 510 165 starting logs with steroids. thats when they need to eat you know what im saying?

Thats pretty serious, hiring a trainer and all. Your macros look like you know how to eat though. Are you using a trainer just to look good aesthetically, or are you going to compete? Either way, hiring a trainer is the way to go, i would if i made more dough lol

My end goal is competition. It it wasn't for immense travel I would be in prep mode right now. However I do like looking good.

Part of the reason for a trainer is to change things up. I always learn something new from them. He might see something I don't or tell me to tilt my right pinky 90 degrees and all the sudden my calves will gain 3". He may see a flaw with my diet, help further in meal planning, accelerate fat loss etc etc. I'd like to sit in the "off season" @ 10% or less and continue to gain. I struggle to remain lean.

I kinda can just tell by looking at the ingredients that it wouldn't be for me. I like the more performance-enhancing ones with some stim vs. the higher stim ones. They claim it's all smooth, and it probably is, but I am usually looking for more endurance and better pumps.

Then the promo comes up, I've gotta load creatine mono back into my system in less than a wk anyway for pct, boom - perfect as mashed potatoes and gravy brother.

I don't find it to be over stimmed at all. Little boost which is great for PH lethargy and a good therm effect. Also heard it help to lower blood pressure on a PH run?? I enjoy it a lot
 
FYI: been taking fish oil for 3 days now and my shoulders feel much better!! Something is kicking the shat out of my joints??
 
Probably just lifting in general and the fish oil is helping. Good vid brother! Awesome squeeze with that much weight.
