how's the peps going? the burn will dissapear eventually once you get used to it. i remember my first pin of test had a little twinge to it from the BA used to dilute the powders. by the 7th week i was sticking my self while brushing my teeth and cooking dinner and didnt even notice it id have to check the garbage to make sure i pinned.

Do you do the facepulls seated? I haven't figured out how to do them standing and be able to stay upright with as much weight as I need lol. Like 100 would be great but over 65lbs I start hauling fwd even tho the cables feel light and I'm just repping it lol.

I do them 3 different ways either standing, kneeling or seated on a cable row. Standing are great for lower weight high rep, I try to switch it up each time. I've been trying to rotate the exercises so that each week the FST-7 side is a new movement and let me tell I'm sore as hell!!! My quads were so pumped from the extensions I couldn't walk.. I think it hit my qauds much better than the presses, I'm trying to get my chicken legs to grow!!! LOLLike how you are changing the lifts up on the FST7 side. How did the extensions feel?

Yeah Baby finally did a chest workout with almost no shoulder pain!! :dance: I could have went heavier on my lifts but I still wanted to take it easy and not give it all I got.. I did use my new belt and tried it out on squats, it felt better to have the extra support. Some reason I just can not squat for the life of me. My form sucks and I always fee like I'm leaning forward. I really need to get someone to train me in doing the correct form. Anyway I felt and looked real good last night I'm starting to thin out again. I may have to get a couple pics up soon..

"A Brief Summary of Dosing and Administration
Dosing GHRPs
The saturation dose in most studies on the GHRPs (GHRP-6, GHRP-2, Ipamorelin & Hexarelin) is defined as either 100mcg or 1mcg/kg.
What that means is that 100mcg will saturate the receptors fully, but if you add another 100mcg to that dose only 50% of that portion will be effective. If you add an additional 100mcg to that dose only about 25% will be effective. Perhaps a final 100mcg might add a little something to GH release but that is it.
So 100mcg is the saturation dose and you could add more up to 300 to 400mcg and get a little more effect.
A 500mcg dose will not be more effective then a 400mcg, perhaps not even more effective then 300mcg.
The additional problems are desensitization & cortisol/prolactin side-effects.
Ipamorelin is about as efficacious as GHRP-6 in causing GH release but even at higher dose (above 100mcg) it does not create prolactin or cortisol.
GHRP-6 at the saturation dose 100mcg does not really increase prolactin & cortisol but may do so slightly at higher doses. This rise is still within the normal range.
GHRP-2 is a little more efficacious then GHRP-6 at causing GH release but at the saturation dose or higher may produce a slight to moderate increase in prolactin & cortisol. This rise is still within the normal range although doses of 200 - 400mcg might make it the high end of the normal range.
Hexarelin is the most efficacious of all of the GHRPs at causing an increase in GH release. However it has the highest potential to also increase cortisol & prolactin. This rise will occur even at the 100mcg saturation dose. This rise will reach the higher levels of what is defined as normal."

I keep my package with me at all times, usually with one hand on it to make sure I know it's safe. This can make a lot of compound movements difficult, but you gotta protect the family jewels.Nice if you got your package I should have mine tomorrow !!

thanks for the feedback brother! I've yet to try REM out. I rarely have the opportunity to sleep for anything close to 8 hours so I tend to steer clear of sleep aids.Well, i did drink the REM 8.0 before bed... but, only 5 oz. My wife drank the other 5oz.. i got scared lol i took my shot, and that gave me STUPID vivid dreams. So, i figured i should test this out before i do the whole sample.
Taste, it doesnt say what flavor on the sample but it tastes kinda like a melon flavor? Its good, wife didnt like it but she doesnt take supps
About 25-30mins after i drank it, it made me a lil drowsy. Sleep was good, had some dreams all pretty vivid, very detailed. I did wake up groggy as crap.. took me awhile to get moving around.
