Hit up some biceps today. I had a warm up 10 minutes on the eleptical first time I done this. I tried it year ago but didn't last two minutes bc it was new and I chicken out saying it wasn't for me. But I had a good friend that showed me how it works lol and I sweated like a pig in that 10 minutes.

Biceps:

seated alt db curls: 35 lbs x 8,8,8

ez bar machine curls: 60 lbs x 10,10,10

spider curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

sup curls: 30 lbs x 6,6
 
Oh christ I hate the treadmill, just find it so dam boring. I usually run outdoors, no matter the conditions. Only thing I wont/cant run in is freezing rain.

I walked on a treadmill before.....Now I just Deadlift them instead. :)

Today hit up track for mile of cardio, and some steps. Off to the gym I went to hit up Chest!

incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 10 175lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 4

incline db presses: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

peck deck: 100 lbs x 10,10,10
 
Didn't think I was going to make it today since yesterday was softball practice, today was my oldest son's first bb game. But it ended around 7 so went for a late night cardio and sauna. Now how the hell did I weight before the gym at 235 and then after the gym 45 min treadmill and sauna 238.5!!!!!!!

Cardio: 45 minutes treadmill 2.5 miles 15 minutes sauna
 
He walked 2 times, and stole 2nd and 3rd got out sliding into home, then 2nd walk he scored from 2nd. They won 12 to 3
 
Went to hit up shoulders. Did 15 min warm up with treadmill. Felt good but still having that bone pain in the elbows. Pushing through it though.

Shoulders:

seated db presses: 45 lbs x 10,10,10

lat machine pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

Shoulder db shrugs: 50 lbs x 10,10,8

machine shoulder presses: 70 lbs x 10, 8, 6

You sound like a very proud father! Nothing like watching your child playing a sport, and not only enjoying it but kicking butt at it.
 
Long day at work today! Went to gym hit up 45 min cardio treadmill 2.42 miles then 10 minutes sauna tomorrow late night legs and maybe back

My kid turns teen and smart's off to me, he will see the Hulk that he doesn't want to see lol. I don't put up with disrepect! I believe it's what's wrong with the teen today. Had a good day at work long but good. Son has his 2nd bb game. They took a lost which is this coaches first loss in 2 yrs. Just mental errors on over throwing the ball. Chris did good though he walked and stole 2nd and scored on a play!!! The youngest has his 1st soccer game tomorrow lol that kid likes to run!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway went and hit a late night chest and some more sauna.

Felt really good today, after getting much needed rest. Been busy this past weekend with son's bb and soccer games!! I hit up biceps today and felt pumped. My arms are looking much better. Now if I can only burn fat around my fat man tits and abs.

No gym for pack today opening day for softball!!!!!!! 2n0 baby!!! I went 2 for 4 in first game with a hr over center field!!! Then next game went extra innings and beat the home team by 4 after having to spot them 5. They combined our 5hr league with the 2hr due to only 4 teams in our league. The only thing bad is were still supose to have our 5 hr and them their 2 hrs. Well this DA lady that runs it made it a league rule that we the 5hr team spots the 2hr team 5 runs and we only get 2 hrs like them. But we still one oh yeah!! I went 2 for 4 for that game with 3 rbis.

Man long day today at work not hard but felt like a friggin Monday over again. Son had a late game tonight so I went home and hit gym real quick. Did back and had some good pumps and felt really good.

Not really that stuff is one of the best tasting pwo I've used and it gives me a good smooth energy without the jitters!
