Well besides the slight pain in elbows and my right hand still feeling pain in the bones, I'm starting to feel like the old hulk!! Today hit up shoulders and cardio!

Well went to gym today arms still sore from what has to be that tennis elbow crap everyone talks about lol. I put some Tiger Balm on **** help big time. Today I hit up 1 mile on treadmill along with arms.

Cardio: 1 mile treadmill

biceps:

seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

preacher curl machine: 70 lbs x 12, 60 lbs x 12,12

Was in hot area today for about 4.5 hrs in mask suit gloves and boots! Sweated a ton!! Crazy weather tonight in bama suppose to have winter like condition, then tornado weather Sunday!! I went to gym for cardio day and sauna time

Cardio: 47 minutes 2.65 miles
 
Today was friggin insane!! I got up made a Tuna Omlett, and kids went with in laws for the day, while the Mrs. had to close tonight. So this afternoon I went to gym hit shoulders.

Shoulders:

Db shrugs: 40 lbs x 12,12,10

Ok so then went down town to grab some lunch got a filet minon grilled veggies salad, and headed to the track. Did 1.5 miles then did some springs up the steps there. Went shopping for some food for the week, and pick boys up from in laws. Came home, and went back to the gym tonight for 30 minutes treadmil 1.64 miles and then hit chest are you freaking kidding me wth!!

Chest:

incline barbell presses: 135 lbs x 10, 155 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6

db flat bench press: 50 lbs x 10,10,10

peck deck: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

push ups 3 sets 20 reps.

All this in one day. I could go back right now if it werent for the Mrs about to rape me.
