I know the feeling. My diet hasnt been spot on lately but boy does it make for a wicked and painful pump! Back on the grind tomorrow though. I have twelve weeks to get shredded nasty.

Was off yesterday. Took my MAX PUMP around noon and had a nice pump later on in the evening. Could definitely tell a differance from normal. Today is shoulders and I woke up early to get some carbs in to see how that goes. Update coming soon.
 
Lifts for today. Tried out some pressing again. Just not sure what's going on right now. I get some pain between my side and rear delt. Probably gonna have to break down a have it checked out. On the bright side I'm adding weight to my lifts at a steady pace and my endurance is getting better also. Had some more heavy sweating today and felt awesome during the workout. IGNITE and MAX PUMP are doing work!

Been dealing with it for three weeks now. Stayed away from heavy pressing on shoulders and took out upright rows too. Its definitely better but not quite 100% yet. Another week avoid those two things and I should be good. If not it'll be Dr time.

Nice way of putting it, I think good supps are good motivation too but yah you have to put the work in and that is what I like about proper supplementation the feeling of accomplishment is still mine I just get optimal results when enhances that feeling further.

So today I tried eight caps of MAX PUMP thirty minutes before training. I like four caps thirty minutes pre then four uncapped with my IGNITE more. Tomorrow I'll do eight caps with IGNITE :) Had a good pump today but minimal vascularity from the carbs I've been taking in lately. Decide to go back to dumbbells for a while instead of barbell because they don't aggravate my shoulder as much it seems. They your me up on my first sets:)

Again though by the time I was going to do rack pulls I had a major back pump going. I had dosed 5g taurine thirty minutes pre but I don't think it had enough time to do it's thing. Or possibly the strain on my lower back during t bar rows did me in cause I was HURTING during my Yates rows so I baked the weight up some. Threw in some full Rom Pulldowns cause I like them :) was a great session.

Alright. I wanted to throw up a mid-way review of my experience so far with INITE2 and MAX PUMP.

IGNITE 2

Please rate on a scale of 1-5: 1=Strongly Disagree; 2 = Disagree; 3 = Neutral; 4 = Agree; 5 = Strongly Agree

1) This product was a great source of clean energy/good mood... (4)

Very smooth energy and no jitters yet with IGNITE2. I dont get the qwirky 1,3 feeling I get from a few other products like this and I really enjoy not crashing after my sessions.

2) This product helped me power through my training sessions... (4)

Even with some shoulder pain holding me back some my sessions have been great. I always seem to feel like I have a little extra in the tank.

3) This product enhanced my mental focus... (4)

Havnt experienced any tunnel vision, but I am tending to stay on track and concentrating rather well. Especially on heavy lifts.

4) This product gave me the jitters... (1)

No jitters. Just a good drive.

5) This product tasted great... (3)

This product tastes like melon for sure but there is a strange smell to it. If not for the smell this would have gotten a 4.

6) I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to friends and family... (4)

Ive had a great experience sofar with IGNITE2 and would defenitley recommend it for anyone looking for a good pick me up. I would also like to add I believe I am experiencing a slight libido boost from the Aminosterone....or im just noticing the hotties a little more while im in the gym :)

MAX PUMP

1 out of 5, with 5 being the highest score possible...

1) Vascularity/Pump (4)

Ok I know I have RAVED about the pumps im getting in the gym. The reason I didnt give MAX PUMP a 5 here was because of the build up time. I know nitrates take a while to build up so its not a first time use super amazing bubbly veins deal. Some people dont realize this and thats why I gave it a 4. Not from my own experience just from what somone trying for the first time might expect had they no knowledge on nitrates what so ever.

2) Muscle Endurance/Stamina (5)

Ive been adding reps since day 5. Today I added reps to 75% of my back workout while keeping weights the same if not MORE. I can defenitley sense a lactic acid buffering phenomenon happening.

3) Muscle Strength (5)

Ive moved weights up on A LOT of my lifts so far. I think alot of this has to do with the endurance aspect as much as it has to do with the strength aspect tho.

4) Overall Physical Performance (5)

Ive been more then pleased so far with my training sessions. Very impressed to say the least.

5) Overall Opinion of Product (5)

I am stoked about MAX PUMP its been great after the initial build up time and has delivered on the endurance aspect above all other factors with pumps coming in a VERY close second. Im extreamly excited to finish out this log and see where these two products take me.

Excellent workout and great midway review. You are really killing it! I think and it is just me we may want to think of rewording the question does this give me jitters. I would think that no jitters on that one would be a 4 or 5 because no jitters would be a positive thing but not sure how we should change the wording up. Maybe we should say Does not give me the jitters. That way it goes with the rating scheme.

agreed on the wording of the jitters question, never liked the way that read to begin with
in my mind, a 5 would denote that it gave no jitters whatsoever, while a 1 would indicate that it had you shaking like a tree in a tornado

Today I planned to take a rest but had the chance to get a quick session in so I figured I would have some fun and throw some weight around on triceps and biceps. 8 MAX PUMP uncapped and 1.5 scoops IGNITE2. No real scheme on this session just lifts I enjoy. I'm still not sold that the plates on our single pulleys are 10lbs. The weights for pulldowns and rows are 12.5 so I don't think they are. I guess you guys tell me what you think and I'll use that weight system Weight was at 221.5 today. Pumps were insane. Sweating like a maniac since I upped IGNITE dose too. Holding water from all the food and water I force fed myself so far today.

21's are a bit of a mystery to me as I really only see a point in going from extended to about halfway up and keep the strain in the muscle you are trying to work, I mean from that point up is all rest.

so you do all of your curls in only 1/2 ROM?
in 21s, it is the negative motion of the upper range portion, that provides the bulk of the action we are looking for..
however, there is still fruitful effort in the final trek of that upper movement - esp the squeeze at the top

Just over half... never go higher. I get plenty of negative, hurts like fuggin hell...bicep peaks are always aching. This works way better for me than full range ever did.
