Today is gonna be the last day of Muscle Marinade :( Very sad this log is coming to an end. I have had an AWESOME time having you guys along for another one of my logs tho and hopefully I have something in store for yall very soon :) Will be hitting the gym soon and have my final review up very soon afterwards.

Last day of MM today. Sent it out with a killer back workout. Pumps were nice today. Very full but not much vascularity due to a carb up yesterday. Had some serious power but I fizzled a little bit from reaching too far on some lifts. Enjoy!

Final review of Muscle Marinade

Energy - 9/10

Amazing! No crash at all during use. Most 1,3 products make me drop off after my workouts but I didn't have any crash. Energy during my workouts was great and after the shakes on the first day it leveled out to a constant rush of aggression and drive. Wonderful results.

Focus - 8/10

Focus was really good. 1,3 has always been good to me and it was good once again. Had some tunnel vision on certain days but most days it was just extreme concentration and drive.


Strength - 9/10

Strength was amazing. I hit quite a few PR's for off cycle lifts. This was my favorite part about MM. Even adding just 10lbs to something like rows because of PWO? Yeaaaah buddy sign me up :)

Endurance - 9-10

Great endurance. Pushed out some extra reps over the weeks and MM helped me get over a big hump I had a couple weeks ago when I was run down.

Pumps - 7/10

Pumps were good when ran solo. Not a lot of vascularity but a lot of blood in the muscle. Solid in this area.

Overall - 8/10

Awesome pre-workout. Set some pr's while using MM and its the only thing that's changed from my recent stacks. Hands down top 3 stim product I've used.

First weigh in for me in a while today.....219.8.....short term goal met. 20lbs to go :)
 
Not in almost a year. High volume and intensity in the gym with a good diet and supplementation. Havnt even used a fat burner since last summer.
 
Hmmmm I am doing a 5km run 5-6 days a week.. wonder if i could get away with even cutting that in half.
 
Great log Montego! Putting up some nice numbers on bench for having your shoulder not being 100%.

When I did cardio it was 20 mins after my lifting. I hate running lol. Would just incline walk on treadmill.
 
Today's lifts. Felt good today and I'm happy with the work I put in. Knees were feeling good so I worked quads in instead of hams since I made those up a couple days ago. I'll probably start a fulltime log today. Will link it for those who want to follow along.
