It's fuggin here now old fuggers contest prep Extravaganza!!!!!!!

Looks like I wll be able to fight through the CNS issues, just have to get plenty of rest, now's not the time for overdoing it. I can feel the growth happening. Just enough energy to get through one routine and rest up for the next. Day 2 is a bitch so I have to concentrate. The quality of my workouts is so high it's hard to describe. I'm tearing myself apart and getting that extra rep here and there has me so close to the edge of collapse it's exhilerating and brutal at the same time. In bad at 8:30 pm and milking all I can from my rest time so I can do it to myself again. The pain is raw and recovery is forefront in my mind when I am not hammering the shyte out of myself in the gym. My lifting style right now is not condusive to injury but it's kickin the shyte out of me. It's the pace and quality that is so high it's muderous... it's pretty wild. This is a real war I am waging and I am not winniing every battle but I am winning the war so far.

On another note I have never seem my abs pop the way they are right now. This is due to increased overall muscle size and some small fat loss ..or so I believe.
 
Fuggin burn days and anabolism seem to conflict somewhat. I have a nice big fuggin salad when I get home... 12 oz of chicken in it. 4 boiled eggs...

A couple of the girls at work were asking my opinion on some guys they found on the internet concerning their conditioning, they are both good looking girls but one is quite stunning. I gave them my opionion but mentioned that I was leaner than they were and one girl says "Yah right in your dreams". I sent them my pics and the one girl says yah but you have age issues, true enough. I felt a bit bad but I couldn't argue.

Today the more attactive younger girl came up to me and said "Your right you are leaner" I thanked her explained that it's not all about sexuality gut bodybuilding is a sport. It was nice of her to take the time out to come and compliment me on my progress though. I no longer feel the way I did about the first comment. I know there was a little bit of hating with the first comment. One thing I notice a lot. Not all women like the bodybuilding look but seems the ones that do are pretty smoking hot. At least the ones that admit to it.

I love this DW. You are a true representative for our sport. Those girls should be getting down on their knees... and... well you know, start worshiping the ground you walk on

Yup. That ww2 is crazy extreme. Here I thought it would be a walk in the park. Did it last Friday and spent a little over an hour in the gym. Could barely move from set to set after killing it with the double drops. Dripping in sweat and breathing heavy like a bull!

Funny you talked about sleep. I had stopped using G8 for the past month I would say. Took a half scoop last night and have not felt this good in a month lol.

Yeah it just works wonders, I always sleep between 6-8 hours all depends when I goto bed, between 9 and 11. So regardless I wake up at 2am every night to p!ss then pass right back out till 5.

Yah I don't know what to expect from pics, I have been head down grinding and not doing too much assessment lately. I don't really expect to be going up in weight this week, think I have settled down. I may actually lose a pound. I am cleaning up in the midsection as the abs really pop. Hard to say what the camera will do to that though.

I am starting to notice a bit of filling out myself not sure if it is the cycle yet or just taking in a little more carbs probably a combination of increased GLUT-4 translocation from the PH's and the minor increase in carbs.

How long have you been on cycle? There is a definite point where you will make gains even on a maintenance strategy. I don't know what happens in a calorie deficit.

I have been on 5 days today so kind of doubt it is new muscle just muscle volume.

You might start to show some benefits but muscle size it's a little early. Not all that far off though not too long after the initial onset of strength the size comes on quickly.

Looking good Doug! You look like a solid 7-8% right now. Thicker than I have ever seen you at this body fat and abs are really popping. I little deeper into this and your striations will be popping in your chest and shoulders like crazy. Keep up the good work!

You can see that I have striations in my chest now and plenty in my obliques, I am just about as lean as I was when I peaked last summer the only difference being is that I have not started to dry out yet with Epi-v big changes coming in the last 8 weeks due to getting drier. I am not that wet though. I would say under 7% but that doesn't really matter I am trying to lose about a pound a week so conditioning will be strong.

Thanks feels good to be on track. Like I said I am about as lean as I was at 195 and I''m over 205 now. I got up this morning looking even more ripped. Drank a lot of water yesterday and really flushed out.
 
Yup looking good indeed. Just work on the shredding with epiV and you'll probably be at your best show condition ever

Definitely on schedule and I've already gotten leaner since Saturday. It often happens like that you are going along and then boom you noticed a significant change.
