Yeah, but repping sometimes you need to pop on when on the phone if you are a busy person like I am. However I see them as electronic leashes. Well I used to, now if I don't feel like answering my phone I don't. If I don't want to respond to a text or something I don't and when I am at home 9 times out of 10 it is not actually on my person and I have to look for it.
 
lol II know what you mean brother!! I have two kids and one on the way! FT job, softball, Kids baseball, gym, repping lol I need a beach trip!!
 
I feel ya guys! Four kids, on call 24/7 for the railroad, wife is a full time student, and nobody around my house knows how to grocery shop/cook/clean. AWESOME!

Don't sweat these old people with their lack of technological expertise. I'm on the go a lot and have to rely on my stupid phone too. It sucks at times, but when I'm sitting in a passenger seat for an hour, it's convenient.
It's definitely love/hate though.

I love my window's phone, but since its a new phone its not going to have the apps that the older phones have that are user friendly. As technology develops surely the sites will adapt with the phones... Either way I get on when I can. :)
 
Sometimes, if I'm having issues with the app, I'll open this site via the Internet browser and use the phone as I would a laptop. You can give reputation via the app so I do that via the browser. Somewhat inconvenient but doable.

Okay I had my physical today, got my blood work done, I requested my testosterone levels be checked as well. I came straight to work and got some protein and fats in me and took 2 caps of both 1-Alpha and 550XD. Let the madness begin!!!! I will take some more pictures of myself tonight if I have time, if not it wont be too long before I do. However we can also refer to the pics I posted last week for a reference point.

Now for some more good news, I don't always trust my scale and I know the scale at my gym is off. I keep meaning to take a knife or a small flat head up there and calibrate the damn thing out. Anyway I digress I am wearing the same stuff I had on when I went in for my bronchitis a little over 2 weeks ago and am showing 3 lbs lighter. That was after having a carb up day yesterday. Granted it was not a huge carb up but enough of one I should have been holding some weight or at least not depleted.

I do not have an exact listing broken down of my intake yesterday as I do not know how to properly guess the food I had at the restaurant and then the frozen yogurt we had for desert. However I will tell you I had 81g protein and 17grams fat in my morning shake, then for lunch I had grilled chicken breast about 8 oz with 2 oz crawfish tails, 2 grilled jalapenos, and veggies drizzled very lightly with a White cream sauce that I made them put on the side I also put salsa on this but that hs hardly any calories anyway. A small bowl of charro beans, a tortilla and then we went to Tutti Frutti for some frozen yogurt, mine was non fat and had strawberries and a little strawberry syrup. For early dinner I had 5 oz 99/1 lean ground turkey breast with 1/2 Classico spaghetti sauce and 1 cup whole wheat pasta. Evening meal was 3 scoops protein, half casein half whey, and a cup of oats.

Since I had to be fasted this morning for my blood work I decided not to go into the gym since I prefer to have aminos before I do any fasted lifting. I am not 100% sure I will get to the gym tonight because I need to take my son out to practice driving unless I can get the wife to do so. If I do it may be in the garage which is fine.

I am pretty stoked to see what I will get out of these 2 products and plan to rock this bad boy. So keep an eye on me. I will do my best to get my chubby I mean before pics up this evening.

Oh yeah I totally forgot to mention my inner thighs are friggin ridicu-sore! Quads not so much but my adductor and gracilis are seriously sore as in I am walking funny today sore.

thats great....i am a fan of ycl, but i know many on here can't handle it!!! for those of us who can handle ycl i think it's a bonus because i don't care what science says, i feel it's a better fatburner that alpha-y!!!

I checked them out and far from chubby pics my friend. You are about 11-12% and I am somewhere in the 15-20% range in my estimation. Between the injury, and the low test and then me just completely relaxing my diet a created the perfect storm to screw up my physique. It will be on it's way back soon enough though... I still have plenty muscle just have to uncover these abs!

Uhm, that's a huge negative ghost rider.. We both know I am the WRONG person to teach the boy to drive. Not unless I have had a substantial amount of wine, zanex and phenibut... Last thing we need to have happen is me scream at him for being all over the road and scaring me half to death.. I have already had that happen once this month, so I am solid for at least another month.. And did you forget I have road rage..

He is 18 almost 19 and we had to force him to get his permit. Too much going on at the house to have to drive everywhere just to pick up someone who should be driving themselves...

Well him being 18 any lawsuit will be on him so I am fine with that. He is so afraid to get his license anyway that he probably won't even think about speeding or acting stupid in the car for quite some time.
 
So I ended up working out last night anyway and I had a pretty good workout. Here is my workout yesterday.
I took some caffeine, and my 4 caps of MAX PUMPED with my 2 scoops of BCAA SAA and went to the gym to rock out.

Arms

Triceps
Dips - BWx12, +45x12, +90x9, +90x7 - not too bad for first time having done weighted dips in a while
Close Grip Decline Bench - 185x12, 225x9 - New exercise to me not sure if this is decent or not. All flat benches were in use so gave this one a shot.
FST-7 Overhead Cable Triceps Extension 30 sec rest- 140x12, 160x10, 160x9, 150x7, 140x8, 130x6, 110x8 -My triceps were so full they were about to pop off of my arms.

Biceps
Barbell Curls with 2 second negatives - 80x10, 90x19, 90x7, 80x6 - By the end of these my biceps already had a major pump, on top of that my biceps veins were starting to show again as well as the veins going into my left shoulder.
PinWheel Curls - 45x8, 37.5x8 - Holy Beast these things get me every time and my biceps just fill up like a balloon.
FST-7 Preacher Curls 30 seconds rest - 70x10, 75x8, 60x8, 50x8, 40x9, 40x7, 35x8 - Man these were a lot of work, as I said my biceps were already megapumped then the quick repeated sets here along with my triceps pump, well it had my arms just looking huge.

Shoulders
FST-7 Free Motion Cable Front Raise 30 seconds rest - 25x12, 35x12, 40x9, 35x10, 35x8, 35x8, 25x9 - I do these standing away from the machine so that my arms start out behind my back it gives a better range of motion this way. When I finished this my shoulders were popping nicely and the vein going into my left delt was seen with relative ease.

It is pretty low in my opinion too. It was from the myfitnesspal. I let is slide because well it was only an arm day. Not today I did legs and I will make an adjustment there for sure! I may go have a look see if I can find any more info on what may actually be getting burned. I pretty much never rest more than a minute on most things so it should be higher in my opinion.

I read that intense work on large muscle groups is closer to 750-1000 depending on rest and intensity; probably why people lean out so much doing HST routines with only a few days of cardio a week. Look forward to hearing what you find and if it is good link us.
 
So I have been rethinking my nutrition lately, last night I read Skip La Cour's nutrition e book, and it was pretty good. I am planning to borrow from it for a bit and see how things so. That means at least 6 small meals a day. Lots of consistency with food selection and I will finish this week out planning it and trying to practice it but still need to get my arse to a store to pick up food. One thing that will change is I am increasing my daily cals to 2500 for a bit. It should treat me well with the PH's. Also getting in a little transformation contest with Al AKA ScottyDoc, and Doug, and one other guy, it will be via facebook so if you wanna follow along with that you may want to friend request me. I think we are starting it this weekend or Monday of next week for 8 weeks. Luckily I am a bit chubby so I can just keep rocking my diet instead of trying to sabotage myself before the before pictures. Funny to read luckily I am a bit chubby... considering I hate it.

Okay here is the lift from this morning it was a leg day and damn it my legs are toast.

Elliptical 5 minutes
Leg Press 60 seconds rest - 540x12, 720x12, 900x10, 900x8, 900x7 - Holy Hell I had my heals about 4 inches apart on these and feet at bottom of platform this was a mofo! My quads were aching by the time I finished the last set.
FST-7 Leg Extensions 30 seconds rest - 170x12, 170x10, 170x9, 150x10, 150x9, 150x6, 110x10 - The Quads, The Quads, The Quads are on FIRE! We don't need no water let those MUTHA FUGGERS BURN!!!

Romanian Dead lifts 60 seconds rest - 225x12, 315x12, 365x6 - Wow the short rest periods got me here. The 315 had me a bit winded and when I went into the 365 I just fizzled out at 6. Still felt great considering my hammies and adductors are still sore from squatting Saturday.
FST-7 Leg Curls 30 seconds rest - 90x12, 90x12, 90x10, 90x8, 80x8, 70x10, 70x9 - These felt great, had an amazing contraction and my legs looked so full when i was done from the pump. That MAX PUMP is off the chain.

No Doubt, but since it is a Transformation and not physique challenge me being a out of shape will actually help me out here. I mean he will have to get shredded to make a huge difference as lean as he already is. However I have no doubt that he will do so. I may copy a few of the update pics here so you can see them. By that I mean the other guys my updates will be in here for sure.

I am definitely on my A game for this one though. It is time to start eating like I am doing a competition this year eh...

Yah Chris is prime for transformation as he will likely make the biggest changes. Al and I are already fairly lean. It's going to be fun the trash talk has already started.

I fully expect to see the Kleen from last summer that was ~8% with ridiculous abs here in the next 8 weeks.
