incredible, the ignorance with which some of these products are usedI've had kids at the gym on Monster Plexx tell me they'll be fine partying on the weekends because they're taking milk thistle... Another guy I know just started msten and lmg without a liver supplement. I got him on some TUDCA now, but man... he didn't even know he wasn't supposed to be drinking :nono:

i am not diabetic, but i eat like one (ie many small meals thruout the day)
i find that if i go much beyond 3.5hrs (and certainly @4hr mark) i begin to get headaches and feel like my blood sugar is off, which presents a host of horrible feelings (an IF-type dieter, i could never be)

On chest I easily added 25-35lbs from last week. If I had a partner, I'd have added..
Man I am lovin the 'workout song of the day' addition to this log! Totally forgot this song, and how much it fires me up. Same for the Nonpoint the other day. The right music in your earbuds is worth more than any preworkout, that's for sure.

Thanks guys! I meant to mention last night about the joints. Now, I DO feel that under heavy weight, especially prior problem areas. I've got to order something today, probably Achilles from what I keep reading. Also, I've noticed that 1-Alpha DEMANDS plenty of sleep. Not just last night, but since a couple of days of being on. 8 hours is a minimum or I wake up and drag ass, which is not something that's good for your health in my line of work! lol Glad you guys are liking the vids.....like Hyde said, I can do without a pre-workout way before I could do without my tunes. I am really digging the Ignite2, though. Man, it's smooth! My tactical pants are fitting easier ad better as well.....dig.
Better to take a rest day when you need it, than force yourself into a crappy bunch of workouts
