BoneDaddy Comes Back Like a Finaflex FREAK! (1-Alpha/Ignite2/PCT)

Day 3

I had intentions of doing back and tris yesterday. Intentions! I drug ass all day yesterday and I was sore, not the kind of sore I wanted to try and push through. So I pushed back and tris to today and went and hit cardio for 45 minutes, so it wasn't a total loss. I'm dragging this morning as well. I really hope it isn't lethargy from the 1-Alpha, but it's far too early to be pointing fingers. I was in bed and asleep by 8:30 last night. Unheard of in my house. Salmon and sweet potato before my shower. Today, Back and Tris and Cardio.


Motivation

Yesterday's motivation was slightly different. The chic in front of me on the elliptical was sex in yoga pants and she is all I saw as I climb that treadmill for 45 minutes. She looked so much like Vida Guerra it was insane. So, on that note.....enjoy.

I'll get yesterday's update up later fellas. Got called into work at 4 this morning to do a pickup of a bad guy. Did back and tris. Slipped a bit over Valentine's dinner as I had a glass of wine at the insistence of my wife's pouty face when i said no. lol Had a big ass lobster tail and a grass fed Filet. 1st time I've actually eaten a grass fed steak. I don't think I'll ever go back. The taste and texture was so different, lawd......
 
Grass fed beef steak, yum. I miss living in Texas. That's their beef staple there.

Glad you enjoyed Valentine's day. It's good to enjoy life. Think how much better its going to be when you're lean and mean! Lol

Don't beat urself up over the v-day meal glass of wine brother, one cheat drink on a non-methyl is like a fart in a windstorm.

I've had kids at the gym on Monster Plexx tell me they'll be fine partying on the weekends because they're taking milk thistle... Another guy I know just started msten and lmg without a liver supplement. I got him on some TUDCA now, but man... he didn't even know he wasn't supposed to be drinking :nono:

Not in the strength gains or hypertrophy aspect, but definitely affecting my libido in the positive sense.

So the diet today.....My appetite was essentially non existent today. I had to make myself eat anything I ate today. Hopefully it's just today. 1800 calories isn't going to cut it.

Giant headache for the past 5 hours or so. Otherwise good day, good mood, the muscle shakes seems to be gone so I expect more strength to come back within the week or so. *crosses fingers*

Energy has been decent but I did fall into a short nap yesterday and today. I never nap. I am carrying around a pump longer during the day also, seems to get longer the longer I'm on. I like it.

I'm going out of town tomorrow for 2 days so I'll be limited to the hotel gym. *rolls eyes* I should still be able to update though. Worst case scenario I have to do it with my phone.

Nice work BD!!! The headache has to do from the lack of food! I get that if I go longer than 4 hours without food being on your body is devouring every calorie u eat. Keep at it my man!

i am not diabetic, but i eat like one (ie many small meals thruout the day)
i find that if i go much beyond 3.5hrs (and certainly @4hr mark) i begin to get headaches and feel like my blood sugar is off, which presents a host of horrible feelings (an IF-type dieter, i could never be)

Sorry for the lack of updates the past 2 days, but I forgot to pack my computer when I went out of town. Sundays will be weigh-in days. Sunday I was 261lbs, down 2 lbs. Wouldn't you know the damn Hyatt Suites I stayed at had a fitness center........but with no weights at all. 3 damn treadmills. So that's 2 days of no weight training. I should be primed and ready this afternoon. I want to change the routine, I'm not liking the current set-up/split. Appetite is still the same.....anyone have any ideas other than just STFU and eat? (Which isn't a bad idea....)

Libido is still crazy and I feel fuller/pumped through the day. So far, so good! Hope to see some of my strength back today in the gym, but without eating like I should.....eh.
 
Day 9

Today was probably the best workout since I started back. Soreness is in check, the shakes under heavy weight were not present, and endurance was up as well as some strength. Appetite is still eh. I went and bought a bunch of steaks earlier and I'm cooking them and carrying them around with me. If I have it, I'll eat it. Nom. Today was chest and tris. On chest I easily added 25-35lbs from last week. If I had a partner, I'd have added more. Did 45 minutes of cardio afterwards. Libido is still 'pronounced'. Forgive me for not going into detail but I'm dead ass tired and have to be up at 4:30. I'm going to bed. I will still give you my motivation from earlier though! Enjoy and good night, bishes!

Man I am lovin the 'workout song of the day' addition to this log! Totally forgot this song, and how much it fires me up. Same for the Nonpoint the other day. The right music in your earbuds is worth more than any preworkout, that's for sure.
 
Yah alpha-1 will have you pushing harder than you thought possible. Just make sure you rest up for your next dust up.

Nice improvement BD! Watch those joints brother. Make sure you are wrapping and taking joint support. From others logs I've read the strength comes on like a freight train but the joints suffer like a Yugo.

I've got to order something today, probably Achilles from what I keep reading. Also, I've noticed that 1-Alpha DEMANDS plenty of sleep. Not just last night, but since a couple of days of being on. 8 hours is a minimum or I wake up and drag ass, which is not something that's good for your health in my line of work! lol Glad you guys are liking the vids.....like Hyde said, I can do without a pre-workout way before I could do without my tunes. I am really digging the Ignite2, though. Man, it's smooth! My tactical pants are fitting easier ad better as well.....dig.

So yeah.....the plan today was to go hit back and bis. Fail. I was up super early today and I just could not get with it all day today. Tired, slightly lethargic, and all i could think about was leaving work, working out, and going straight to bed. Well.....I got home, hit the couch to take off my boots.......and I just woke up. And guess what? After I hit submit reply I'm going to bed for even more sleep. I haven't seen any of the other logs mention this, so I'm assuming it is lack of sleep I'll even leave you with todays motivation. Enjoy. I'm going to.

The fat content is actually lower as I trimmed the steak before eating it.
