Thank you. I wasn't sure so I had to atleast explain. Wife said same thing maybe he was paying compliment. My apologies if so. It took 18 years post college to get to where we are as a family. Excuse the dining room mess.

They are from 3 Powerlifting Competitions in the 2 from 100% RAW Federation, SHW Submaster and 1 from York Barbell IPA Federation, same category. All last year, June, August, October! I've competed in 13 Comps total in last 3 yeras but only got certificates until I found out about these other federations.
No never played football, except for two years of semi pro when I was 35, as a walk on. I played basketball growing up. Size came from eating bad, otherwise what BB'ers call dirty bulking by accident. I've been trying to resculp it for years. I finally got it nailed down to what is termed recomp. Used to be 190lbs until after college. I gain muscle and fat easy.
The helmets are from VT yes, but I only worked security there from 2008-Winter 2012. I supported them due to the mass shootings. I served in the military {NAVY, 8}, {ARMY, 2}. I dispise people who commit cowardly acts against those who never asked for it.

Gotcha! Seems like a very full life! I feel u on the gaining muscle n fat easily. I'm the same way n dealing with it big time ATM the first month of my bulk was very lean but the last week or so I'm feeling a little too big too quick

I might have to. I mixed it tonight with my Modern BCAA and that **** was still nasty. On top of that bad taste I had just taken my Torem 30 minutes prior and it leaves an after taste too. Wish I still had my capping supplies from 15 years ago now.

Hokie is that 4 flavors of Pop Tarts in your pantry? I've been known to hoard Pop Tarts myself and at one point had at least 6 different flavors on hand haha. Great for a shot of carbs on on the way to the gym...or maybe I just like them a lot. 
I bet you can find a capsule tray for something like $10. $10 for a lifetime of not having to throw back uncapped herbals on a daily basis is worth it in my book. Capsules are cheap too, I just grabbed 1000 size 0 for $10.

As for your question Dahandsomone, by "bulk and shred" do you mean a 2-phase stack? Are you looking to cut then bulk over the course of 12 weeks (or the opposite order of bulking first and cutting second)?

Excellent! In that case, here's what I would do:
Month 1 (bulk): Versa-1, Test Powder, AP
Month 2 (bulk): Versa-1, Prime, agmatine, PowerFull
Month 3 (cut): Compound 20, PowerFull
I think that would work out very well for you.
Alternatively, you could the Prime out and put it into month 3 instead.

Just mix it with about 6 oz of water and down it. Not too bad, taste like dirt. That's what I'm doing until I get some caps. 1/4tsp of Carboxy and 1/2tsp of SuperSap, mix in 4-6oz water, down it then drink something with a tart taste like alphamine.

Sorry but im not one of these USPlabs brown noser, i did buy it and i will take it randomly, i will have a friend give me a pill (1 of which will be versa 1 and 1 of which will be random pill) and he will keep track and if i dont feel anything that means it does nothing and you are selling me crap
