Ok i just went on nutraplanet and ordered the bcaa is there anything else...and how long must i run the anabeta..
Bottle has the directions on it, but in general I would shoot for 4 capsules per day, keep your protein high and pick up a quality BCAA product like Modern BCAA to really drive the muscle growth
