BUt my friends & family saw how crack was destroying my life, fortunately they cared enough to have an intervention. It was an invaluable process, their honesty helped me realize that crack was gonna kill me. To this day I still shake in fear of the possibility of bad crack, this fear drives me to stay clean & sober . . . . BAD CRACK KILLS

I had to get some stuff from Wal-Mart last night and was assaulted by some Walmartian crack. Immediately went over to the isle for the Comet and tried to scrub the image from my eyes.

there's a whole sort of nightclub / restaurant section not too far from the convention center, a good maybe 4 blocks by 6? pretty large area with a lot of stuff. Pity I won't make it this year.

I don't want to derail this thread but listen....
If you're on the pot and you just can't get it all out, come back later! It's not a big deal. I pushed hard for a long time and now it feels like I have a cracked rib and dislocated back. Ouch!!!

I had a good workout today! Blew up them arms, did a little LISS, lost 4 pounds this week and have no clue how---and not trying to either, trained my client, had another girl from school ask me to train her today, ya know. That kind of stuff.
