Deleted my Facebook for a bit fellas.
We can talk in private if you don't know why but I'm sure most of my bros know.
 
I always get this sense of panic when someone says they are going to delete or has felted their Facebook. It's not even that I won't get to see their posts or chat with them. I guess it stems from my own addiction to FB. Just can't see myself willingly giving it up. Unless its for a newer better more popular gig.

I am in the middle of a trib/arginine/glutamine cycle, injecting into my pecs and groin area. I am still undecided on my PCT, any advice is appreciated. Leaning towards a PCT of Cell-Tech/Cell Mass combo, keep those cells full and pumped.

My last cycle ended November 16. I might start like....NOW, then after this cycle just do two a year, big breaks between.

Let's just hope I don't lose my health insurance mid cycle and end up with an abscess, then have to pay out the ass in medical bills.
 
So we have a guy at my gym that doesn't look like he's ever touched a weight...just kinda walks around in his damn hippy without clothes and chit chats with the bigger dudes and tries to be their "bro."

Yesterday he flags me down while I'm benching and says hey bro, you using this?
I look where he's pointing and see an ez bar with a ten on either side....I say uhhhhh NOPE.
What am I gonna do, pick my nose with it?? Lol.

So I assume he wanted to do some sort of fairy arm without with it. I look over later and see him dead lifting it.....
All 45 pounds. Grunting.
I wish there was a section of the gym specifically reserved for the idiots that get their workouts from women's fitness magazines.
