Day 3;

Workout: Arms today...couldn't leave the gym lol had a blast with all the New Years scrubs in there...here was my equation...20mg sdrol+ first carb up in days+ leaner and more vascular from my cut and vanillean+ whole bunch of gym noobs miring me in my wife beater :) to much fun

Diet: I have a different take on the whole "cheat day" I do low/no carb 6 days a week then 7th day I do a carb up but only eat good carbs and still stay at or below maintenance cals then I go 6 days low to no carbs again and then on the 14th day I have my cheat day yummmmm lol...well today was 2k cals carbed up with fruit and some pasta and plenty of protein

Notes: certainly notice the heat from this stuff...specially with carbs wow lol excited for cardio tomorrow with it...going to sweat some weight off...only have 2 days left of sdrol...I can honestly say even at 20mg I've had ZERO sides just crazy strength and size increase very fun to run now ill be upping my test on my next pin and staying at 650mg until my photo shoot then dropping down to a cruise for about 8 weeks

Start by super setting the bi and tri machines 3 sets

Ez bar skull crushers for tris 3 sets

Dumbbell curls with fat gripz 3 sets

Single arm tri pull downs 3 sets

Single arm bicep curls on the resistance cage 3 sets

Body weight dips (bars close together) 2 sets

Barbell concentration curls 2 sets very heavy 2 sets 4-6 reps

Looking good my man! I'm glad you didn't have any issues with the SD, its really a great DS for those that don't get the worse sides.

I'm the guy who can't handle SD lol. I gained well and got strong as an ox but just had crazy sides... never again. Give me my anadrol, dbol, anavar and winny...

Yea man. Refeed with low fat good carbs

I happen to call skittles good carbs post workout!!

Ill eat rice and purple sweet potatoes and chicken all day. But I up my cals by about 70%

I've been getting those Jersey White sweet potatoes recently, they're awesome. They have the sweet potato taste with a texture closer to white potatoes.

Late to the log, but enjoying the read!

And to clarify the discussion at hand technically, 3T3-L1's aren't adipocytes naturally. They're artificially induced to differentiate to an adipocyte-like state. So all research done on them should be taken with a grain of salt (but that should be said of anything in vitro).

That being said, they're a pretty good adipose model, and sweet potatoes are great for ya. I just wouldn't eat them expecting significant effects. That's what the vanillean is for. ;)
