LTL has fallen to the darkside!

I don't get it man. The pain isnt bad at all and it's not the pain that bothers me anyway. Just nerves hit when I realize I'm about to penetrate my body with a sharp object. Especially over an inch in.

It makes sense dude just giving you poop;)

Day 26

Chest. Numbers were good but not where I wanted them to be. First time fûcking with the smith machine in months and it didn't feel right at all! Great pump and the flys and shrugs had me walking out of the gym feeling like a king. Family reunion in an hour can only imagine the remarks I'll get being I haven't seen any of my family members since the funeral which was 20 lbs ago... Mind you that was only 4 weeks ago! 8)

Not a fan of the smith unless for certain exercises... Shoulder press lockouts, close grip bench, some times upright rows. Are you counting only the weight or what the weight would be free weight typically the weight is calibrated so that you are only getting 5-10 lbs from the bar instead of 45. Check your machine to see so you can get a proper gauge of what you are doing on it.

That weight is calculated with 15lbs for the bar.

I'm pretty sure when figuring weight from a smith machine, you only count the weight added. The bar itself adds no real resistance, so I never count it as anything. That's how I do it anyways and it makes the weight you use more consistent and similar with the weight used on free weights.

I used a smith machine where if you pulled the bar up slowly you could let go and the bar would continue for a few inches before very slowly lowering itself again lol.

If anything it decreased the weight because it had anti-gravity properties. :D

Yeah me too. Had some strong sissy drinks and loved every minute of it. I am really happy that the pictures are called off and I got a repreive from dieting during the holidays. I will keep it cleaner so my abs stick around but I am going to hit up 5/3/1 and need me some calories too! This weekend though it is just relax time! Had a double mango vodka martini, a double hot tamales vodka shot and a big strawberry daquari about to have number 2 then a protein shake after. LOL


Oh we bought one of those Ninja Blender things today. Man that thing is SICK it cut up the ice so fast in the daquari that I didn't even realize it was ready. As my son would say... "That is so Ninja!"
