and as motivating as the competition was, I faltered over the weekend. I had become sp frustrated trying to find a balance with the carbs that I basically said "to hell with it!" A couple of halloween parties= cookies, cany, cocolate.....CHOCOLATE...and so it went. BUT thanks to a great AM member there is a new plan implemented today! I have my motivation back but my workout suffered this morning from the carb hangover...however, I did do the workout but my joints ached, and couldn't lift heavy at all! UGH! I am almost embarassed to post the workout (or to disclose my poor eating over the weekend) but it just shows that I am certainly not perfect as much as I would like to be; I am committed to this lifestyle even if I falter. I have picked myself back up, and am looking forward to new structure :-D GAME ON!!!

at this point I was tired grumpy, head was in a fog so I gave myself a break from the weights and did the stair master for 30 minutes. I am proud of myself, and I am feeling great right now....I also must note that I used the SpeedX3 this morning!!! I am not sure I could have gone as far as I did without it!
