Both ;) started leaning really nice but with this volume etc I blew up pretty good lol.

At this point in my life it really as long as I look good overall and make strength gains is all that matters to me really.

So far I've leaned up in h med section and drop a little bf so am all happy with the gains I been getting!

Then back down, bump up the weight more this time around.

Few more days till PCT. Balls are full tho. haa. Anyways very please with result muscles endurance is great, pumps seems to have died down. Agression is well crazy still no room for dumb people just want to beat some kids up but must referain myslef.

Tomrrow am goign to force myslef to run then run each day after that like a mile need to get that endurce back up to were it used to be and I want to shed some more bf :)

Yesterday update day 23

Started my day with a small fast then ate a nice healthy solid lunch about 3 hours after I hit my biceps.

Ez curl bar.

45lbs 50
50lbs 40
55lbs 30
65lbs 20
85lbs 10

Then back down arms was dead. After rested for about 15 min then hit my light jog which I was gassed out at this point felt good but haa I miss my cardio endurance. After I got home I took a shower and like passed out.

Decided to do Dumbbells rows this time o god the burn..

Then work back down as usual.

Did 3 working heavy set do bench just for 5 sets.

1 mile light jog.

Aggression 12/10
Focus 10/10
Muscle endurance 11/10
Pump 8-9/10
Energy normal still

Some days I look really dry some days I don't overall I feel good and happy with my result, few days left for pct time ;)

Btw homemade chocolate protein pudding nice and ice cold!

6 more days gains at this point is muscel endurance is up and getting dry:) Well after PCT. I plan on pinning that if this extra web desgin job happens then I'll talk to howwedo about picking me up some test400 and the neddels and I will start from there or at least get one item at a time then pin at a later date :). Hopefull this wil work out.

edit: Ive been gaining lol havent you been reading lol. Right now it died down beside drying up and other little benfits.
 
Day 25.

Am taking this day off I need it mentaly. Little stressesd out and been to bed late at night these pass two days.

Notes for today had a small ham sandwicth for luch and a choclate protein pudding for a snack, dinner was fired chicken, masked potatoes, and green beans.

Side note: Today am looking crazy dry and biceps are yoked! Time to get a good night rest in a 2-3 hours and then hit a double workout tomrrow + more cardio.

Boom 2 work outs.

Light bench 145 5x10
Seated dumbbell press. 55lbs 5x20
cable rows 90lbs 3 set to fail
light hammer curls 35lbs 3 sets of 10

Workout number 2

Lat pull downs 145lbs rep them out
light Deadlifts 185lbs 5x15
pushup 5 set of fail
pullups 3x15

Then a 1 mile light jog.

Everything is the same at this point just more dry and some separation in areas. Mid section looking alright cant tell from the mirror but I can see the change, v shape coming back in the stomach area to.

Had a pumped workout.

Wide grip chin up 3x10
Pull up alt grip 3x10
Dumbells curls 35lbs 2x15 each arm.
Powecelans 115lbs 3x10 focusing on my form again
Cable curls 50lbs 1xfail

I definitely drop some weight and size, been cutting out cals slowly, feel flat, but at the same time look leaner and kinda smaller. :) lower Stomach fat seems to be losing up so am a happy camper in seeing that melt away! 3 more days till PCT and excited to see what gains I make!

Day 28

Today was a so so day... Had a fuggin fantastic sleep finally was out like a baby, woke up fasted till lunch and ate a light lunch which was 2 ham sandwich an a glass of chocolate milk. About 2 hours after I proceed to workout.

Bench 4 set to fail just 145lbs got a crazy pump next I went to do seated Dumbbells 65lbs started with 5 reps each side before I started to feel funny sick feeling so that when I stop my workout short.

Shoulders are a lot more rounded then they ever been, waste slimming down, back lolling pretty lean, overall today looking decent. 2 days till pct and I can't wait to start!

4 does of each a day spilt evenly.

1 does upon waking 20min later the next does 3-4 hour later do the same thing and repeats
