I have done PH before. This is unique as in the effects won't come in quick "Not a bad thing", nice and steady, more like the second week you will begin to notice the effects and as time goes on the effects builds up this start to speed up a little bit till they die down again. Comparing to other non methyls not sure if am a fan of the liquid per say and comparing to pills, pills seem to have more ump IMO. Also PH is faster result & Non methyls Slower pace, in terms of result PH does better, but non methyl gains I would say are smaller so like PH 85% vs Non Methyls 65% that just the idea tho :)

LG LIQUID TRIFECTA STACK Is good to go in my books well worth the shot to anyone willing to try!

Then work back down to light.

inlcine duns 55lbs 2 sets of 20reps each side.

All in all am in the zone! Aggression is way up, alpha is alpha, leanness stop but is getting replaced by size lol, fine with me tho ;) Had some well needed pizza yum was well worth it! This stack is shining bright.

Back "bentover rows"

55lbs 50
65lbs 40
85lbs 30
115lbs 20
145lbs 10

and then back down

Overall notes BP seems to be spiking up at night and at random hours, took care of it with 2 scoops of AI cycle support and 3 omga 3,6,9 pills and boom am back on track.

Fasted till lunch finished off 3 leftover small slices of pizza and had 3 big glasses of water, felt good so no dinner at all not hungry! Feels good to do a little fasting here and there. Weight is a little under 180 ish so am happy, but I do overall look bigger in my upper body, when I take pics you should be able to tell esp in my arms!!!! So expect one or two pics tomorrow.

Endure is up muscle wise
Aggression is great in and out of workouts
Focus is good
Pumps comes and goes but mostly at night is when there are at the best
re-comp 6.2 give or take haa, started with it then with all of this volume boom I kinda belw up in size a little bit lol so it a win win here.

Overall Rating 8.9

Shoulders look more round and broad, arms look bigger, mid sections looks slimmer, lats growing more, overall looking pretty dry. Felt kinda flat in the pic tho. More update to follow later.

Day 21

Took today off give my muscles a break, pretty sore today tho. Btw yesterday was power cleans and some standing dumbbell press.
 
What's the food been looking like? You feeding the machine?
