Felt pretty full in the gym this morning but I think it's probably from all the carbs this weekend. Had cheat meals Saturday and Sunday. Back on the grind today though and will probably be another 2-3 weeks before another cheat day.
*note* I'm starting to get a lot of very small red bumps on my chest. In assuming its just like acne from the test just surprised it took almost 11 weeks to get it. Maybe from the dirty food Saturday? Either way they itch like crazy.

Thanks bro. I'm a huge fan of declines. Pretty underrated IMO. I feel it in my chest/shoulders and Lats the next day. I always start out with the intentions on having volume days but end up working my way up a heavy day lol never fails. I just wanna lift heavy stuff I can't help it hahaSick chest work out bro. Days and 2200 on off days. But up my carbs on both by 25-30 which will still keep me well under 100 a day. And refeed at 175 once a week. Probably the day before squats. I've said it about 5 times in this thread but I'm going to say it again...I love test lol..nothing like hitting PR's on a carb/calorie deficit. My next cycle my BF is going to be low enough I can do an all out bulk and not worry about gaining BF. 6.5 months away though

Honestly I just love the fact that I'm on a huge calorie deficit and haven't lost any muscle. Actually gaining a little. That's why I've never cut before because everytime I started I would lose so much muscle mass in the first 2-3 weeks I would just stop cutting. Curious to see how the next 5 weeks go.Nice bro!!! Pretty damn fine macros bro I haven't even been keeping track lol I just know in my head what's what since I eat the same stuff mostly and use to track it for years so once in awhile I'll do the math in my head then actually do it on my app and I'm always insanely closeHit back and bi's today. So I was feeling pretty confident. Weighed 217.8 yesterday morning Down about 9 pounds which is about 3 pounds a week since I started cutting. Which is about exactly how I wanted to hit it so I dont lose too fast and lose muscle mass along with bf. so after three weeks strength is up weight is down I think I'm doing this right so far haha. Snapped a picture real quick before I left the gym.

Sh*tty days are going to come around bro, on steroids or not. I've read some good articles on how to train on these days. Keep your work outs short but heavy. For example it's chest day and you feel like crap, try doing 6 sets of 2 reps on the flat bench nice and heavy to ts a weight you can only press 2 times. Try the same for one more chest lift of your choice and honestly sh*tty day it not that seems like Good work out. Going heavy with extremely low reps doesn't require the muscle endurance or energy needed to high reps with high intensity. Adapt to your moods and how our body feels and the gains will really shine no matter what kind of day you have.Well at least it's not just me lol... Hopefully your session goes better than mine. Thank you man. It's crazy I'm about the exact weight I was when I started my cycle but feel twice as big lol. And yeah 330 is awesome for me. That puts my at a 55 pound gain on bench during this cycle. I'd like to hit 350 by the end. But I realize on this cut it's kinda unlikely haha. seems pretty nice...any pain now?Hit legs this morning. Had some pretty sharp pains in my hips when I was doing Romanian DL's so I cut them short. It was a very strange pain and only got it when I set the bar down? No pain on the way up though. Weight was 217.8 this morning.
