Thanks man. I've Ben hittin PR's almost everytime I walk into the gym for like the last 5 weeks. I love test lol.

I forgot to mention earlier I decided to add an extra 2 weeks of injections to my cycle. So now I'm injecting 1-14 starting pct at the beginning of week 17. So I have like 5.5 more weeks of injections and 7.5 more weeks of being "on". I figured since I'll have extra test left over I figure I might as well see if I can sustain/gain some muscle on a cut. You know for science of course...

Shoulder day today. Good thing it's not leg day because the wife made me pin myself last night (left quad) and lets just say I'm glad she pins me. My leg is so sore today! I pulled the needle out crooked so my pip is worse than its ever been. Outta the gym til Saturday except for maybe some after work cardio.

I actually feel great. I got my estro Under control now. Which i didnt think I was having any sides from my eatrogen being that high but i can tell a huge difference in my energy now. Espiecially in the mornings. My nuts are def. shrinkin up though. Im just a little worried because I've read horror stories about HCG having serious estro sides. I guess I could bump my AI up a little. Any thoughts?

The hcg estro sides come from guys that blast 2500iu every few days. That is stupid and pointless. Dose it at 250iu 2x a week for 3-4 weeks and you will be fine. Give yourself a few weeks between your last hcg injection and pct. Remember HCG is suppressive in nature and long use can desensitize your LH and FSH function.... HCG won't make your balls bigger or anything. It will just get them ready and more receptive to LH and FSH stimulation that comes in pct.

Def. found my new favorite pre workout combo 1 far smack and 1 scoop of muscle marinade. I'll update later with diet for today. Scale said 220.5 this morning. Down about 4 pounds this week.

Thanks bro. I'm taking liquid adex. I was taking .5 E3D but I upped it to .5 EOD. Just because I was starting to feel a little lethargic especially in the mornings. So far it's worked awesome for me. The libido thing isn't a huge deal I don't mind toning it down a little to be honest lol way too much effort has been going in to gettin laid lately lol

I kept it at 0.5 mg every 36 hrs. The bloat and sensitive nips worried me too much at 0.25 mg
It's the last time I run Adex. When I can get a hold of some legit aromasin I will give that a try in the future.

That sucks its not workin for ya. Keeping your estrogen down though isn't it? It's so weird how different people react to things. AI's seem to be hit or miss. I've read a lot of reviews about one person claiming a sources AI is bunk then 5 ppl say it worked awesome for them. I wonder if your E2 is TOO low and that's why it's crushing your libido

That's what I am thinking...my joints are dry as hell too. Other than that it is doing its job so I am grateful. My aromasin was bunk so I didn't want to mess around while on cycle and stayed with the Adex. I'll take a drop in libido for avoiding man Tits ;)

LTL gave me some great cardio advice because I HAtE cardio!

Since you are trying to lean out do 20 min of the steepest incline treadmill at a brisk walking Pace...for me that's about 3.8 mph after lifting. You will sh*t the fat off.

Step mill definitely looks intense and for our purposes more than enough.

Off day today. Shoulders bi's and cardio in the morning. Officially start week 10 on Friday. I'd like to cut down to 205 by the start of PCT. Possible? I can def. tell I had a refeed on carbs yesterday I felt super bloated all day today. Scale said 220.7 this morning. Should be back under 220 in the morning. Diet was 2450 Cals 95f/55c/345p.

Quick update- been extremely busy these last couple days. Haven't been able to hit the gym since wednesday. So that means an early AM back session, then heading to south bend for the notre dame game. Tomorrows a cheat meal day. Pretty much going to be a cheat all day day haha. Will update with lifts tomorrow. Officially started week 10 of my cycle tonight. Diets been the same as it has for the last two weeks. Around 2300 Cals 90f/50c/330p. Can't wait for these chest meals tomorrow. Scale said 220 on the nose this morning.
