Hey bro, why are u pinning your quad now? I thought is was better for same spot because it will get used to it. Also that is a bomb training day great work. Just another day in the office!!!!

jaywall7 said:Yes it is possible to have test flu, I felt kind of bad and slightly off for the first ten days or so on test. I get the headaches, fever, aches, fatigue, and back pain also. Hot shower and ibuporphen helps for me and eating clean and drinking tons of water (at least a gallon a day bare min.) But once the blood levels stabilize, test gives you an awesome euphoria feeling. I feel unstoppable in the gym. My sex drive also goes through the roof. Appetite is up there too but not as bad as anticipated. I am on a prop 100mg ED and winny 50mg ED cycle now and I just ended my third week and I am up 12 lbs, feeling rock hard and am strong as hell. Headaches and back pain pop up occasionally but it isn't too bad. Definitely stay on the test during the winny. I would add it for 8 weeks (that's what I am doing) but no longer. Take some liver support also and drink tons of water. BTW I just had to add arimidex to my cycle for gyno and water retention. I wish I had ran it all along but I didn't wanna interfere with my gains. Just a heads up if you feel any signs of gyno get on an AI asap!

Danb2285 said:Haha yea my legs are for sure a weak point for me. But squats are getting a little easier every week. I used to squat a lot more than I do now so I don't know if that's helping them move along faster than everything else. Plus I'm sure the test helps a little too lol.
Had chest and tri's today. Haven't slept for sh*t for the last 4 days. I don't know if it's insomnia from the test or what but i wake up every 3 hours and can't go back to sleep. I'll drift in and out of sleep for 3-4 hours after I wake up. Would it be ok to take some Tylenol PM before bed? Anyway here are my lifts for today. Gonna be out of the gym til thursday morning. Might head in Wednesday morning and do some cardio.

Reason I ask is declines mainly hit your lower pecs which most people don't have to much trouble getting to grow. Using flat bench or dips will sufficiently fatigue the fibers in the lower chest. IMO I would do inclines one click up. Might not be able to lift as much but seems to me declines put more stress on the shoulders then chest anyways. Inclines lowering the bar maybe an inch or 2 from the base of the neck would be a better overall pressing movement then declines.... IMO! Thick upper chest is the hardest to grow! Keep tearing it up bro!

And I felt like going heavy today and I don't have a spotter for flat bench and going heavy on inclines kills my shoulders. Don't worry though next week it's back to incline lol I've been keeping up with your log too hopefully those back pumps go away after the dbol is gone and those were some serious pull ups the other day.
