yo AB....does the division 1 make your sweat smell funny? Any time i use a product with Stinging Nettle Root, i smell pancakes when i sweat. Wheres your strength at? can you bench 480 or more?

Well **** guys! I found my new home amongst the powerlifters!!! I push more weight then most but my technique was sloppy! Today I worked on the fundamentals of Bench Press... Did flat press, flat Db press, incline press and a few tricep excercises... Ima win some comps....

FormulaX and Division1 man!!! This **** is awesome... Alpha for sure with strength climbing! Libido is awesome... Gonna slay MLS tonight before work! Just through Titanium XL in the Mix!
Licogenix!!! This shiz is powerfully! My shoulder has no pain or pinch when I hit full ROM. I feel a lot tighter in my skin and not to mention on other news... Recovery seems immediate!!! Stay tuned!!! Airborne is gonna do it big!!!

Kickin ass!!! Down some weight but I look bigger and more defined... Veins are prominent and arms are bigger :-) strength is up!!! Licogenix is my new choice!!! Staple for me for sure! People were in shock while I was reppin 500 in deads... Can't wait to get trained on those still!

No more bro bench for the big guy! Time to get that back arched, lats tight, spread the bar, leg drive, etc. I'm gonna try to tune up my form this next week while I'm deloading.
 
My grip, how I position on the bench, the squat I push and breath... Using legs lol a lot
