Great workout with strength up in the shoulders! I believe the anti inflamatory effect in Lico is working its magic! Libido is still raging, and to be honest I believe I am recovered! Lost some waterweight, sitting at 268. Muscle mass is all there.

Last night and today I was told I look bigger... Lookin in the mirror and askin the wife... I am bigger but dense, not as puffy! Honestly I don't ever wanna try a diff pct cuz of the progress I'm makin Hahaha anyways... Thumbs up!!! Will have pics soon!

Lol naw I only sleep with wife 2 times a week haha unfortunately... That and I have ptsd so I tend to throw punches and elbows in sleep haha I try to spoon
