1 mile on the treadmill at 4.5 mph

Yesterday I walked 3 miles @ 3.5 mph took about 55min. Todays chest workout I didn't feel went as well as previous ones. I had trouble today stretching the muscles I was aiming for. I felt like I was supporting a lot of the weight with my triceps...which are suffering from DOMS from the other day. Got a gig tonight should be a good one!
 
Not much going on today. I am going to take a rest day and clean up around the house a bit. Experiencing some DOMS after yesterdays chest workout...feels pretty good.

Enjoy your rest day bro! I took mine yesterday, well not much of a rest still had to put time in at my plant but didn't hit the gym. Feel pretty refreshed and ready to crush the weights today!
 
Well got the news back that I did not make the cut for the FD job...Morale is way down. I didn't have the motivation to lift legs today so I just walked for a half hour at 3.5mph. Tomorrow I will get my legs in and hopefully stop beating myself up over this thing.

Man I'm sorry to hear that!! I know how demoralizing it can be as it took me three attempts to get into my mines rescue role but perseverance is the key man! Don't give up on it and it will happen!

Damn Bro, I'm just now seeing this, didn't see it when I made my last post, sooo sorry Bro, I know how disappointing that can be, but my advice to you is do not stop trying, they do look to see who really wants it by reapplying again and again, so just get back up on that Fugging Horse and go at it again, if it is what you want to do, never stop trying!!!

Yah I get this all the time, on the weekend when I did my pics I was all down on myself on Sunday for showing up with water on my abs for my pics, I was all doom and gloom about the loose skin... then yesterday I cleaned right up and my abs are tighter than ever ... go figure. Just keep on grinding and the world will turn.
 
I am still following my my PCT regimen, I have also added in 6 caps of Crea-Trona (Creatine) daily, 1 scoop of Ignite 2 (pre-workout) and 1-2 cap(s) of PX-500 (appetite suppressor/energy). I am experiencing a HUGE increase in appetite suppression due to the PX-500

Trained back today. I may have overdosed my Ignite as I was really light headed towards the end of my session and had to lighten up on weight.

Nice job on getting back on schedule with the training and killing them weights bro! I was feeling the same muscle breakdown every workout for almost two weeks after my short deload when I entered pct. It felt amazing to be sore for so long straight though because while "on" I literally never felt sore!

He's on a break some issues with personal life... but I know for a fact that he just loves 550, he had tremendous results...

Just viewed everything on these post. Quick question. This is my first run of Finaflex 550xd black i ran 1 bottle of the original 550xd and got AMAZING results!! With the black I purchased 2 bottles. In your opinion should I run it like you with 4 a day over 30days or should I run it 3 a day for 40days or bottle directed. Im looking to get the best results as possible.
