Cool. 25 pounds in 4 weeks. What is that, 3 pounds muscle 22 pounds fat gain?

Also he's not asking for advice, he's talking about the retarded amount of oral steroids he's taking while he eats ice cream and chips ahoy.

dont ask me i blew up though and my strength went through the roof when i decided to stop trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

hey, again i guess im just lucky. I trained uneducated for a year and a half and i got stronger but not bigger. and when i decided to eat healthy, monitor my macros, and eat 5 meals a day i got bigger QUICK

Well that is how it works so I would saythat that is a correct assumption, although I plan on getting there with muscle, not fat. Hoping to get 175 by the end of this year and stay lean.

also guys my diet isnt terrible terrible. i mean it is dirty but i am cleaning it up a little, im only doing this for 4 more weeks then im cleaning it up a ton during pct and then cutting right after strictly. here is my diet today so far (2 pm): 1 bowl of cereal, 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, 2 scoops protein, 1 apple. I will probly have 4 ground turkey/cheese/tomato/lettuce burritos post workout, then some dinner and maybe half tray of cookies after dinner with some milk, this is a clean day for me right now just because of how bad the last 2 weeks have been.

welll I can relate to this.... when I was trying to gain weight I ate everything that was in my path.... but I dont wanna give any credit to op.... sooo what a crappy diet!!!! lol

nah i wanted serious advice. i mean i initially planned on running sd 4 weeks so figure 1 more week is nothing especially since i got so much sd. i guess ill go by feel, im only 15 days in maybe by day 28 ill want to stop the sd, thanks.

You've got some screws loose dude. After your cycle you might want to see a therapist about your extreme risk taking. Could be a sign of a deeper problem. Not kidding. Better to get some help than kill yourself.

With what I've seen of you, I'm willing to bet that roids aren't the only things you're wrecklessly abusing on a regular basis.

never done any types of drugs and i live with 3 roommates who smoke weed heavily i dont even like taking tylenol or advil. also ive probly drank less alcohol then 95% of people my age.

Won't take tylenol but pop SD stano epi etc like they're candy. That's interesting...

Keep your cycle at 4 weeks. Stress your body more with another week and recovery could take longer and you'll lose more of your gains.

Lol gains gonna be gone. I think between water and carbs he will lose 10+ in pct. I find it comical he won't take some Tylenol but will pop pills that are 50 times as hazardous. You make no sense dude. Honestly.

run it for 8 weeks minimum. SD really shines at week 6 when you run it at 120mg ED

120 may be just a little bit high given the serious state his liver is probably in. IMHO I wouldn't go above 100. The good thing about only running 100 though is you can extend it to 8 weeks.

Good point, I guess bc I am heavier 120 wasgood for me. 100mg of SD definitely had less intense sides. At 120mg I was eating snickers candy during work outs.

aint uncommon for me to lose 10 lbs my first week dieting

also im gunna stop sd on day 26 so i dont have to open another bottle
